The accommodation is excellent.
Spacious, comfortable and luxurious room and bathroom with a great view on the sea. Nicely filled minibar and very friendly staff. the roof floor is the place to have breakfast and enjoy some drinks.

the best hotel in Mersin. I book regular room but they upgrade me to sea view room for free. it become like my home in Mersin and whenever I book they always make sure that they go beyond my room expectation. The hotel manager become my friend and he ensure always that my stay is comfortable. thank you Divan for the amazing service and hospitality.

Clean room and friendly staff.
The fridge in the bedroom was noisy. I had to disconnect the power.

We arrived a few days after the earthquake. The hotel was accommodating huge amount of people.
This did not interrupt the kindness of staff and we had a very easily booked in.
Our Wi-Fi was poor due to the amount of people at the hotel but the hotel got us and a mobile modem so we have loads. Beds were very comfy and the shower was absolutely divine. The room was very clean. This would definitely be a hotel I would stay in again.
Out of the whole stay the only thing that was a little off-putting was the pillows. But I must admit I'm very fussy with my pillows.

Loved that I could see everyone was treated with the same respect, walking in I saw people with designer clothes whilst I stood there with messy hair, top and bottoms and quite frankly looked rough after surgery, not one staff made me feel out of place.
Alot of the staff spoke excellent English and were always happy to help.
There to of been a few more soup options for the people who have just had surgery, as all the patients that go with Dr Tuna go there.

The room is big enough and comfy. The hotel has smoking rooms, parking, a restaurant, and a lobby. The personnel is friendly and helpful. The price corresponds to the level of the hotel.
The room is too dark - I missing some more light sources. The pillow was too firm and not so comfortable.

this was my fourth stay at the hotel . it was just as good as the other times . i absolutely do recommend this place .
Room : very good room , clean , comfortable , nice and practical
staff : very friendly , helpful and good behavior
break fast : good break fast , good number of choices and perfect view
equipment : well maintained and renewed
i totally like the place , it has a good WIFI connection but it could have been better

all was amazing starting from the management team and staff. they are super supportive and welcoming. I been stayed in this hotel many times and never think to change it because the hospitality that I found and cleanness of the hotel.
