Lovely house, pool and grounds for a relaxing break. Communication with, and helpfulness of the owners - Tony and Maria - couldn't have been better.

Tony and Maria were excellent hosts! They were there to welcome us to the property and were really friendly and helpful, sorting airport transfers for us. The pictures do not do the property justice! The pool area blew us away! Big pool with plenty of seating and the under cover area was perfect for dining outside. The property was spacious with a really well equipped kitchen- it had everything we needed and more. Shops including a supermarket a few minutes walk away. Lovely selection of restaurants 5-10 minute walk. The Mexican and Organics were lovely. Gorgeous beach round the corner and the beach bar was great too-good selection of fresh tapas and cocktails . We had a fantastic time and will absolutely be back! This was a gem of a find!

Have just returned from a great holiday with family and friends, staying at Tony and Maria’s villa. Our group consisted of two families with kids ranging from 12-20. The outside area is just spectacular and the pictures don’t do it justice. There are so many spaces to either lay in the sun or hide from the heat! The pool was glorious, a welcome retreat from the sun at all times of the day. Communication with Tony was spot on with arranging airport transfers and organising fridge essentials. Porto Colom is very pretty, with the harbour, boats and supermarket all within a 5 min walk. All round a great holiday with fab memories made!

Tony is a very helpsom and kind host. The pool area and garden is spaceous and very nice. But the house needs refurbishment. Access between 1. and ground floor is not practical due to a spiral staircase. There is very much noise from surrounding roads with heavy trafic. Furthermore an agua funpark is located in front of the house and pergola. You will have music and noise from there the whole day plus late night shows 3 times a week. So you cannot find a peaceful place in the garden and the pergola is useless for dinner.

This property’s greatest asset is the pool and garden area where we spent most of the time. So much space for us to use and garden is beautiful. The villa has everything you need and shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Tony could not have been more helpful. Just a perfect holiday.

Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely villa and Tony was very organised and informative with us at all times. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The pictures don't do this place justice, the garden is huge with so many seating and lying areas, the location is spot on sandwiched between 2 beautiful beaches within walking distance one a further walk, but a 5-10minute cycle with the bikes provided. So many restaurants to walk to our favorite being Tuko's mexican and Organic who's food was not only beautiful but decorated like artwork. Great buzz around and we rented a boat for the day and went to many beautiful coves. Tony and his lovely wife were so helpful and on the end of the within minutes if any questions. We will definitely be back to this house and this beautiful area but for longer next time. Thank you and look forward to seeing you back there again.

It was immaculate on arrival - great aircon in the bedrooms, and has everything you need. It was hard to wrestle our two children, 6yo & 3yo, out of the pool but is exactly what we’d hoped for and many happy memories were made watching them learn to swim, dive for objects in the water (there’s two boxes of discarded water toys in the garage from previous guests) and generally pester us all day to play with them ;-) We’ve been to Majorca a few times now, having mainly stayed in the North but with young kids Portocolom is a great place to be. You can walk to everything you need within 10mins - shops, restaurants, the local spa if you want fresh bread/croissants in the morning and the local beach is one of the best we’ve been to on the Island. There’s plenty of other beaches within a 20min drive and as Majorca’s pretty small you can reach pretty much anywhere within an hour and a bit. Tony & Maria were brilliant hosts - always on the end of the phone if we needed anything - and it was nice to hear how Maria’s family learnt to swim in the pool, of which she went in to be a champion swimmer! Am hoping there’s something in the water.. We loved it and are considering bringing the family who couldn’t make it back for next year!

It was an amazing place to stay with our family. Owners are amazingly kind and helpful. The place is absolutely worth to be visited again. There are non week points in this property and we recommend it to everyone who planning to visit Mallorca.

Great location & villa layout exceeded all our expectations. Tony & Maria were brilliant too. This s a superb place to stay. Our family, consisting of 3 X separate families were more than adequately accommodated. Put very simply - great villa, great location & yes recommended.

The bedrooms are blissfully airconditioned, bathrooms large and the whole villa was spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything (and more) that you could possibly need. Sergio the gardener cleared the leaves around the grounds early one morning during our stay which was an added bonus. Portocolom is a jewel of a town. Not at all tourtisty, lots of fabulous restaurants within a 5 minute walk, amazing ice cream shops. and a most beautiful harbour. Would highly recommend Colon restaurant if you are wanting a special meal. A perfect holiday in a perfect location!

Over years we’ve rented many, many holiday villas and this is up there with the best. It scores high marks in every area: Kitchen – fully stocked & spacious. Aircon - in all bedrooms (and very effective). Pool – very large (clean on arrival and cleaned twice more within our 10 day stay). Garden – fantastic area, enclosed with multiple seating areas (plenty sun loungers and seats) in sun & shade – and a large BBQ. Location – quiet neighbourhood but right in the village, two supermarkets are a 2 minute drive, nearest restaurants 3min walk – wider selection 15min walk. The village has 3 sections: old part which is quaint and quiet, the middle section (where the villa is) is also pretty undeveloped & quiet but has a very decent selection of restaurants on the sea front. Then, further along on the right, there is newer touristy section – which also has a lovely large, clean beach (10-15min walk from villa). Overall, the village is nice – not a lot of shops and definitely not a nightclub sort of place – but plenty eating out options. It was out first time there and we would certainly go back. Any downsides? Really struggling to identify any but perhaps a free-standing fan in the kitchen would be nice in the summer months. It’s also a bit of a shame the master bedroom doesn’t have a proper double bed – it’s two singles pushed together. And, if you’d young children you would have to be very careful with the inside spiral staircase. But, other than that, this is a 9.8/10 villa. Overall, this is a fantastic option for a large family or group; we were 6 adults and it was perfect for us. The drive from Palma airport if approx. 45min – 60min depending on time of day Tony replied promptly to all queries and provided an airport taxi service for some of our group (for a fee); he also showed us round on arrival and was very friendly & helpful. In summary: a great villa, great location – a great option.

We had a wonderful week in Portocolom. The villa is spacious and in a perfect position for shops/bars and restaurants. Swimming pool was the highlight for us

We are a party of 4 adults and 4 children ranging from age 11 to 17. We loved the location and villa so much last year that we decided to visit again this year and enjoyed our stay just as much as last year. Tony and Maria, our hosts, were perfect and very accommodating to any needs we had (which were few and far between). We would recommend this villa to a family as the garden has a lovely sized pool and lots of different areas where you can sit either in the sun or shade all day. The BBQ is an added bonus which we used several times as well as the outside fridge which is great for poolside drinks The villa is well stocked in the kitchen with utensils and the rest of the furniture and fittings are very comfortable. The location is good, we would recommend a car to travel further afield however there is a lovely beach at Cala Masal which is only 10 minutes walk away. There are lots of restaurants to eat at in Porto Colom which are about a 15 minute walk away. The Villa is located on the corner of junction, there is some noise from the hotel nearby but not enough to disturb and it is very quiet after 9pm. Generally there is just the noise you would expect from being in a built up area and not a remote location. I would give this villa 5 stars and would thoroughly recommend it.

We were a group of 9 persons (4 pairs, 1 single) and had a great time in Portocolom. Maria and Tony are wonderful people and we were all happy to meet them. The give us agreat welcome and explained all important informations about the house. The house is really huge and has enough space for 9 or 10 persons. The equipment is sufficient and you will find everything you need. The garden with the pool is the highlight from the house. It is beatiful and really huge. The house lays in middle of Portocolom which is a amazing fisher town with some really good restaurants. You can arrive all by feet in max. 1o - 15 minutes. The beach (Cala Marsial) is approx. 10 min by walk. Across from the house is also a small place with some bars and restaurants. All in all it we had a wonderful time in Portocolom and we were all happy to have such a great house. We all want to say thanks to Maria and Tony for the nice welcome and the pleseant stay we had. It was really great! We will come again!

As there were quite a few of us Tony & Maria met us at the airport and took some of us in their car whilst I followed in a hire car - the journey from the airport to Portocolom takes about an hour. The villa was exactly what we needed for our 3 generation family holiday in Majorca.The pool and outside dining areas are fantastic with loads of sunbeds, seating & umbrellas for shade. We didn't actually use the BBQ, which is right next to the shaded outside dining area, as we used the indoor kitchen, which is only a few steps away, to prepare cold lunches and then tended to eat out most evenings. There are plenty of nice restaurants facing the harbour in Portocolom and also on the way to the main beach, which is about 10mins walk away. The inside of the villa has everything you need and the bedroom layout was ideal for our party of nine - upstairs there is a lounge and main bedroom with ensuite shower room and then two further bedrooms sharing another shower room. Downstairs on the same level as the kitchen are two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom. There is an air-conditioning unit in all bedrooms and the lounge, which were necessary as the temperatures were very hot for the whole of our stay.There is a good supermarket about 400metres away. Tony & Maria were excellent hosts, always friendly and helpful. All in all a great holiday!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa where the standout feature had to be the pool and outdoor area. Great location within Portocolom to access the marina, beach, good restaurants and supermarket. The house has everything you need, a well loved family home. Thank you for a great stay!!

We were a party of 4 adults & 3 teenagers. The communication prior to our trip was 1st class with Tony answering all questions promptly & honestly. We were picked up from the airport with no problem by Tony for a small fee and taken to the villa. The outside area is what sold this holiday. The pool itself is large with a paddling pool adjoined. There are plenty of areas to sit and chill in sun and shade. The outside dinning area with BBQ is fabulous and we all sat into the early hours comfortably. The villa itself is extremely spacious ... maybe a little dated... but who stays inside when the sun is shinning ? There was a slight issue with one of the toilets but this in no way spoilt the holiday. There is an enormous amount of cutlery, utensils etc in the kitchen ..... everything we needed we could find. Porto Colum is a lovely small local Spanish town and a short stroll will take you to a beautiful harbour and lovely restaurants. In the opposite direction you will find a lovely sandy beach which wasn't too busy when we visited. There are two supermarkets (one of which is a Spar) within walking distance that we visited daily and had everything needed. To conclude, a beautiful part of Mallorca to visit if you want a local feel. A great villa with an amazing outside area to enjoy chilling with your family.

Loooking for a quiet break by the pool, walk to the harbour, or a short trip to a fantastic clean white sand beach this property fits the bill. Very quiet town in peak season brilliant for a relaxing break.

We have just returned from 10 day stay at the villa. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by Tony and the chilled water in the outside fridge was much appreciated. This is the best villa we have stayed in, it was well equipped with large quantities of crockery, cutlery, cookware and glasses. There was plenty of space both inside and outside for our family of 8 to spread out in and not be on top of each other, the good wifi connection an added bonus for the teenagers. The pool area was excellent and provided both sun and shade. The BBQ was put to good use cooking the fresh meat and fish purchased at the local supermarket. We also enjoyed evening drinks on the lounge balcony. The villa is situated in an ideal location and within easy walking distance of the port area and the nearby beach of Cala Marcal. There are a wide range of restaurants however we did find that some of these had reserved tables so it is advisable to book in advance for the popular ones. There are lots of surrounding beaches to visit if you have a car. We had a relaxing and enjoyable break in perfect surrounding. Tony and Marie are excellent hosts and provided a friendly but professional service. We can’t wait to return !

We spent a week in this gorgeous villa, just 10 minutes walk away from family-friendly restaurants and about 15 minutes walk from a lovely beach. We enjoyed many BBQs and the kids spent every day in the pool which was also perfect for my 3 year old as it has a little learner pool attached. Thank you Tony and Maria!

The villa was everything it stated and some in terms of the location and facilities if offered. Within a 5-minute walk you could be on the seafront or at the local shops. The restaurants in the immediate area were fantastic and offered a wide choice of freshly cooked food and all within minutes from the villa. We were a party of 10 and the villa offered a very relaxing place to sit by the pool, swim or one relax in one of the many well shaded areas in the garden. The villa was well stocked with plenty of cooking, crockery facilities. We also had access to the many fridges, even one at poolside, to keep food and refreshments cool. The bedrooms were very nicely decorated and furnished. All, bar one poolside bedroom had a/c, which offered a great way to keep cool and sleep at night, as weather was hot during our stay. Tony and his brother-in-law Toni were very helpful in keeping us updated and on arrival. One slight problem we had was fixed with minutes of reporting it. I would not hesitate in using this villa again, as we loved the area of Portocolom and what is has to offer. Thank you once again Tony and family.

We were four ladies looking for a short break in the sun. We wanted a large villa with individual bedrooms and bathrooms, a pool and nearby facilities (bars, restaurants) we could walk to. This fitted the bill perfectly. The villa itself is maybe a little old-fashioned in décor (although the living room is fab, particularly comfortable) but the space available and the outdoors pool area and other additional balconies were wonderful. Everywhere was very clean and extremely well-supplied with everything you could ever need. You can walk to the beach and restaurants in 5 mins and they really are excellent restaurants. Great area, very Spanish and local (we went early June) and not too busy, but not too quiet either! Tony, the host, was very friendly and helpful and even transported us to and from the airport, for a small fee. We're already planning on going back there.

The villa was perfect in every way, the pool was an excellent size and safe in depth for a 9 year old to enjoy, the bedrooms were of a great size and air-conditioned throughout and the pool area was utter heaven and nicely appointed with loungers and chairs. Toni was a delight to deal with as host and I would not hesitate in recommending this villa. The shops are 1min away by bike 5 mins walking, bikes were available in the garage and the port is a 10 min walk away . A magnificent way to spend a week in the sun and relax. We will return for sure!!

We were looking for a week to chill out and really relax. We couldn't have picked a better property. Toni our host met us at the airport and drove us to the house in Porto Colom and he was great, very good local knowledge, friendly and really genuine. The house is vast and whilst retains rustic Spanish charm (which we love) it had a real feel of staying in a locals property and the outside areas are just stunning, the gardens are beautiful and the pool, just perfect. We spent most of our time outside and now feel totally relaxed, exactly what we wanted. A short walk to two supermarkets, and the port and most of the nightlife, restaurants and bars are all very local climate, the port itself is a holiday destination for Spanish people mostly, which again feels a privilege to be part of and away from the pictures of food, late night drinking and disco culture that some of the rest of the island is renowned for. Highly recommend the house and the host, it's a special place to relax and unwind and we will definitely go back. Thanks for looking after us Toni!
