El ascensor está en la casa (aunque no siempre funciona), el apartamento está en el tercer piso. Al otro lado de la calle hay un pequeño supermercado y 100 metros más abajo hay una tienda de comestibles más grande.
La playa de baño más cercana está directamente debajo de la casa. A 2 minutos a pie del apartamento hay una piscina (abierta de aproximadamente mayo a octubre) con bar en la piscina y restaurante. Cene en el restaurante y nade en la piscina o alquile una tumbona por unos 2 euros por día.
A lo largo de todo el tramo de costa desde el paseo marítimo de Saranda hasta Ksamil hay hermosas playas. Algunos de ellos son muy populares y tienen tumbonas (de pago), restaurantes y discotecas como Mango Beach, Ksamil Beach y Santa Quaranta Beach, a solo 5 minutos a pie del apartamento. Otros son más prístinos e inexplotados.
La comida es fantástica, una mezcla de cocina italiana y griega. Como Saranda fue un pueblo de pescadores desde el principio, hay muchos mariscos. ¡Y la comida y las bebidas son muy baratas!

The property is the one in the pictures but it seems that they have built around and is not as isolated as it could seem in the pictures.
The parking place was not clear for the person who came with the keys but at the end we could park near the apartment. The beds were without linens that we needed to pick them from the clothesline, the some for the towels.
The toaster was broken and they brought a new one that works but the dishwasher didn't work. The wifi didn't work neither and the shower drain doesn't have a cover.
It's a shame because those details make our experience not as good as it could be.

The location of this apartment is great and the view is incredible. Couple of things though - parking around the apartment is really tricky though and if there are spaces then they are usually on very steep hills. Also the pool at Bougainville Bay is a lot more expensive than it states in the info. Prices start at 1000 Lek per person depending on what time you get there and increase the busier it gets. We tried some of the other pools and they were the same price if not more expensive. Perhaps it might be cheaper out of season.

Fantastic view! Amazing. Also the kids loved it. Every morning fresh bread at the bakery below.

Recommendation to the host: fix the door of the dishwasher. It was dangerous for the kids when they want to open the door it falled on their legs.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The appartment is spacious and the terrace and view are wonderful. However, the dishwasher and toaster are still broken and communication with the contact person was non-existent. The owner always replied promptly and partly refunded us. It is a shame that these long existing issues are not being addressed.

The property was just as pictured - amazing balcony and view of the Ionian Sea. A previous review had commented on the apartment "lack attention to detail" and I would agree. I sent the owners a separate short list of observations. However, nothing detracted from the visit. The apartment is a solid 20 min walk to town and in the off-season that makes a big difference for what is available for you to eat around the apartment (everything closes). The only complaint was the lack of communications with the property manager - it was non-exsistent. (property owner was great but lives in Sweden). The side door to the apartment only locks with a key that was not provided and property manager never delivered after many attempts. The issue here is security - we were unable to secure the premises when we departed or went to bed. I know the property owner will correct this for the next vistors.

Nice spacious apartment with beautiful views over the sea and Corfu - stunning sunsets! Apartment was generally clean and had a good sized kitchen and living areas. The kitchen was well stocked with most utensils etc. Air con was a welcome addition (and worked!)
Few things that were disappointing - the dishwasher didn't work and it was quite dangerous as it fell forwards when opened (not secured) - both my husband & I were injured trying to open it. Also toaster didn't work, kettle leaked, living room light didn't work and one of the bedroom shutters didn't work. Clock and one of the AC remotes need new batteries. The pool mentioned and pictured has apparently closed - we used the Bougainville bay hotel pool which was 500lek per person to use a sun lounger but they provide pool towels. The listing mentions a garage but the parking is just on street (free) - we had no issues finding a space though. We found it a bit difficult to find - I was looking for an apartment block with a garage!
We enjoyed our stay and lots to do round about, but were a bit disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in the apartment itself.

Prima appartement
Mooi, goed geoutilleerd appartement op 2de verdieping met uitzicht op zee en Sarande. Langs de doorgaande weg naar Ksamil, maar weinig last van het verkeer.
In de buurt liggen diverse supermarktjes, bars en restaurant op loopafstand.
Het appartement heeft zelf geen zwembad, maar je kan gebruik maken. Van het zwembad van Bougainville Bay, een groot luxe hotel ernaast.
Maar waarom een zwembad als je vlakbij de tropisch ogende stranden van Ksamil bent...
Albanië is absoluut een bezoek waard en dit appartement is ideaal als uitvalsbasis.
De communicatie loopt soepel via whatsapp met een lokale host.

Just wonderful
We spent three lovely days in the apartment. The apartment is amazing, the views are breathtaking and it is equipped with everything you need! The neighborhood is very good. We appreciated that the center is a little away.

Great spot for exploring Sarande and surrounding area
We used this place as our base to explore the beaches and areas around Sarande and loved it. It has a great resturaunt across the street and many more walking distance. There are great beaches and easy parking.

Great apartment with superb views and location
Had a great stay at this apartment. Apartment was huge and was very clean. Malvina was very helpful in getting us checked in and organising a taxi for our transfer to the port. Will definately be returning.

The apartment is very spacious and away from the main centre of Saranda in a perfect location to watch the sunset over Corfu. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable and all rooms benefit from air conditioning.. the kitchen is also well appointed.
The added bonus was the ability to have access to the pool and beach next door to the apartment.
I would definitely like to return to Albania and stay at this apartment again.

Appartement très agréable et tres bien équipé.
Quel bonheur de se mettre sur la terrasse à regarder la mer matin et soir : un spectacle chaque fois différent.
Je vous le conseille vivement. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Our breakfast view towards the Greek island Corfu was extraordinaire. I can really recommend this apartment for a couple or familly with children. Good restaurents close to the apartment and travel by taxi to the centre parts of Sarande.

Superbe vue sur la mer et appartement de qualité
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Albanie : deux semaines à visiter l'intérieur du pays avec une escale de 4 jours en Macédoine à Ohrid (à recommander) et une semaine à Sarandé. L'appartement est conforme aux photos et très bien équipé. Très spacieux et entièrement climatisé. La vue de la terrasse est vraiment fantastique. Il y a de nombreux petits commerces à proximité. Le restaurant pizzeria LaYo'S situé juste en face de la résidence est à recommander (personnel très serviable et cuisine de qualité). On peut se rendre à pied en 15 minutes (environ 1 km) dans le centre ville de Sarandé (notamment le soir car c'est très animé en été). Il y a possibilité de faire du jet ski. On peut profiter de la plage du Bougainville Bay située à droite de la résidence ou de celle de l'hôtel (en cours d'ouverture au moment où nous y sommes allés) située à gauche de la résidence ; ne pas manquer de profiter de la superbe piscine (moyennant une participation financière). A visiter : le site de Butrint, la source de l'Oeil Bleu, Gjirokastër, Dhermi (superbe station balnéaire).

Fantastic Saranda
Apartment is the same as in the photos (or better!). It was amazing view from terrace where you can watch sunsets. I had got perfect contact with Landlord Charlotta and the person in the Saranda who accommodate me!
Albanians in Saranda are very friendly and helpfull. We have been on beach in Ksamil and Borsh. Near Saranda is Butrint National Park, Blue Eye and if you want see nice view of the city you must go to the Lekursi Castle!
I had got very very good time in this place!

Utmärkt bostad!
För första gången översstämde bilder och beskrivning i annonsen med verkligheten. En till alla delar väldisponerad och fräsch (helt ny) lägenhet med enkel och stilfull inredning och all den utrustning man behöver. Inte en enda anmärkning! Underbar utsikt från terassen i vinkel, såväl morgon- som kvällssol. Utgång från båda sovrummen till separata terrasser, ingen insyn. Mellan byggnaden och havet finns två mindre fastigheter, men inget som störde. Vårt sällskap bodde på det lilla hotellet närmast havet. Vi fick också bada där mot hyra av badstol. Dock ganska brant backe till havet. Promenad till stadens centrum ca 10-15 min. Vi valde att åka taxi till beachen, våra favoriter Pasqyra Beach - Mirror Beach (brant backe ner) och Lekovë Beach (ca 2 mil norrut), väl värt taxipengar. Ksemil fint, men exploaterat och för mycket strandförsäljare enligt vår mening. Dock utmärkta strandrestauranger. Båda familjerna fisk- och skaldjursälskare vilket medförde att vi alltid åt Seafood till lunch på stranden - ingen blev besviken. I Saranda föredrog vi Restaurang Aragosta och den nyöppnade restaurangen tvärs över gatan. Ingen middag översteg 10 000 Lek för åtta personer (ca 670 SEK). Begär meny i Lek och betala alltid i Lek. Växlingskurs Euro till Lek kan vara ofördelaktig på restaurangerna! Seadream förvaltning gav mycket god service. Vi återkommer gärna!

Relaxation with fantastic view
The apartment was super nice with an absolutely fantastic view and very well equipped with a very good wifi. The decoration was tasteful with a homely atmosphere. We loved the food (and prices :-) in the restaurants in Saranda and we also made trips to the nearby attractions but the best time of the day was to watch the sunset over the sea from the apartment!

Mycket bra och komplett lägenhet. Allt är helt nytt och i toppskick. Perfekt läge och underbar utsikt.
Stäng dörrarna, dra ner jalusit och sätt AC på lämpligt gradtal. Sedan sover du helt tyst i perfekt temperatur.
Tvärs över gatan finns en "mini market" där man kan handla det nödvändigaste.
Bussen stannar utanför dörren om man vill utforska omgivningarna.
Albanien känns mycket tryggt och säkert. Befolkningen är vänliga och hittills oförstörda av turister. Lägenheten och att semestra i Albanien rekommenderas varmt.

Otroligt fin och fräsch lägenhet, centralt belägen med alla bekvämligheter och mycket vacker utsikt! Rekommenderas varmt!
Saranda är en genuin albansk semesterort med blandning av gammalt genuint och modernt. Alla restauranger serverar god och billig mat. Albanerna är trevliga och gästvänliga.
