El camino para llegar no está pavimentado pero está cerca de la calle principal.

Lejos del ruido, muy tranquilo, descansamos muy cómodos y las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, la señora que atiende el lugar se porto muy amable, la cama estaba muy cómoda y el agua caliente perfecta

Rosa the owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met in 20 years of travelling. Her dogs Luna and oso would capture any heart. An amazing place and by far the best place I stayed in Ecuador.

It has WiFi Connection and the room was modern and comfortable.

It was a bit far from the beach.

The owner is very friendly and helpful and the room I stayed in was very nice. The rooms are spacious and it was nice to have my own bathroom. Overall the rooms are not too bad. I cannot say the same for the communal kitchen.

The facilities as given on Booking.com is completely inaccurate. No coffeemaker in the room unless you specifically ask for it. The kitchen facilities is absolutely below standard and there are barely any kitchen utensils available. The microwave oven does not work and is used as storage space. The fridge is old and does not have a lot of space available inside. There is no toaster, no pots and pans, no kettle, no knives and forks or plates. All these things were only offered when I asked for it. You should not have to ask for things that are listed as standard. The dog and cats on the property are annoying and sit and look at you constantly while you are eating begging for food. The walking areas are covered with gravel but it is fairly messy when it is raining. The shower has very poor water flow due to the low water pressure on the property (this is not the owners fault but still not nice to experience). There is definitely no beachfront as mentioned on the website. The property in inland and nowhere close to the beach.

The owner Rosie and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. There were also many friendly animals around. Both mornings I was there, a group of kittens came by to visit

No hot water for showering in either room I stayed: room 9 and room 7. No small bar of soap. No wash clothes. The shower handle had electrical tape wrapped around it with what looked like a hair scrunchie behind it. When I accidentally touched it I got an electrical shock. The road in is on is unpaved, wet, muddy, and not well lit up. Scary to walk to the first night I arrived. No place to walk where your shoes won't get caked with mud. The door lock to room 9 was broken. I could not open the door from the inside or out side. I had to climb in thru a window. I was about to climb out when I saw a staff worker who happened to be passing by and told her. She tried it too and couldn't open it either. She got the owner, Rosie, who somehow got it opened.
