Great location minutes away from the market and the Medina with easy access. Very private with large rooms and outstanding service. A perfect place to explore Marrakesh.

Palais Blanc was the perfect hotel! The manager is so lovely and helpful the whole time. You are greeted with mint tea, delicious Moroccan snacks and the view of beautiful white riad. The staff will help book taxis, book restaurants and help with anything else needed. It’s a short walk from the souks and feels in the centre of everything without being noisy. It’s a little peaceful oasis!

We were 6 ladies so we were a little worried about the hotel in terms of safety before we got to the hotel But as soon as we arrived all our worries disappeared. ALL the staff to say a super friendly is an understatement. All of our needs were met. We were spoiled. It literally felt that we were within family. Made our experience in Marrakesh an amazing one.

This riad is the most beautiful & quiet riad in the Medina. We stayed 4 nights in their suite no. 14 (located on the 1st floor) & we loved every second of our stay. We were picked up at the airport late at night, and they welcomed us like family, when we arrived at the riad. The location of the riad is perfect, it’s located in the West of the Medina, which is the nice part. We always felt safe walking the streets. The interior in the suite and the whole riad is amazing & so clean, the pool area is tranquil and beautiful, thhaman and the massage is high end. Every afternoon the fantastic staff serve you mint tea on your balcony, just because they can. We felt taken care of and pampered, from the second we arrived, professionel and discreet, they were so attentive & caring. We wanted to stay longer, but they where sold out, so we had to leave. Lamya, Ahmed, Abdullah & the rest of your team: you made our stay excellent, we will never forget you, and we will return❤️❤️

Such a beautiful and calm oasis in the old Medina of Marrakech! We’ve stayed here for 3 nights and everything was perfect! From the welcome tea, the rooms, the breakfast and service - everything was just excellence! We really recommend to stay here at Palais Blanc, it’s just amazing!

Nothing to not like

A lovely small hotel in the busy city of Marrakech. The staff were amazing and would go above and beyond to make you comfortable. The property is well-located, so you could at least get there easily by car and not have to walk through a maze of alleyways like many other Riads in the Medina area. It is also just 3 minutes walk to a very good restaurant - Limoni. We ate there twice. Everything on the menu was good! Allocate some time just to chill in the hotel as it is so peaceful and lovely there.

Some of the facilities need upgrading. The breakfast could also be better in terms of the quality of fruits and options. The fruits looked good but were sour and unripe. The options were alright. However, it is all cold since they were not in warmers.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and kind. Perfect service, great location in The Medina. Delicious tea & very spacious, beautiful terrace where to enjoy it.

everything is fantastic - service ,rooms ,seating area ,breakfast - you really feel like in a fairy tale from 1001 nights. After traveling for a long time in many parts of the world, for the first time I really relaxed in a perfect environment. if i come back to Marrakesh i will always stay here. We loved our stay at the Palais Blanc - the Riad is beautiful, comfortable, and super-quiet even though this is located in the middle of the old city (Marrakesh is a bustling and noisy city). Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and modern, and we had a lovely terrace where we could enjoy our afternoon tea and cake and listen to the birds chirp. Ahmed was superb and led a wonderfully kind team (Moncep, Dourna, Nazira, Souad, Merram, Abdul). A massive thank you to all of them for making our stay memorable. Ahmed is one of the kindest men we have met - he is responsive, organised all our trips and restaurant bookings, and is impeccable in his service. A big thank you to Abdelnour, who picked us up from the airport and took us on all our excursions - we would highly recommend him should you wish to make any day trips! We would highly recommend this Riad and most definitely stay here on our next trip to Marrakesh!

the price-to-value ratio was non-existent. the property is run down and not taken care of. arrival experience/entrance is terrible, reception a mess, and uninviting. facilities and garden/trees are not kept and in terrible condition staff uniforms are old and worn-down the bathroom and room for the price of over EUR 400, per night were unacceptable
