Very comfortable, private, clean and qualitative, while the staff makes you feel at Home.

Good location, clean room and fast check in

The bathroom and bedroom is in one room. There is no door or curtain seperating those two. So the toilet is IN the bedroom. The shower was there as well but impossible to stand and shower well (only a bath) Furthermore, there was a sewage smell in the entire room.

The property is ok, but too expensive for the building and amenities available. The breakfast served in a room, although they provide a backpack with a lot of things, I didn’t apreciate the logistics.

Located SW of the Old City, I was warmly greeted at check-in. There, I learned that breakfast would be brought to my room and both mornings it arrived exactly as promised. The amount of food was overabundant (for me) but still very good. I would return to this location just for the coffee! Staff was courteous throughout, asking if I needed anything more for my stay. A Continent grocery store located across the street, other dining nearby, and electric scooters parked outside the hotel made it so easy to move around the city without a car. My room was the most spacious of any hotel I've stayed in Portugal thus far. The queen size bed was comfortable and there was a delightful balcony with chairs allowing me to sit outside in the evening or with coffee in the morning.

The bathroom was separated from the rest of the room by a curtain! Check-in was not smooth - we informed 30 minutes ahead as agreed but had to wait close to 45 minutes - no apology or anything of the sort.

A great location with easy parking just outside. Clean and comfortable with a great breakfast delivered to your door. Recommended!

Location

Great location in a quiet street, 8-10 min to the city center by foot, parking infront of the door. The room was very nice, comfortable, clean, nicely furnished, fresh linen and towels. The lady at check in was very polite and kind, provided all the information we needed. The breakfast was very good, left in the doorstep at the time we ordered it. All in all a great stay, great value for money, we highly recommend it!

everything . felt cheated . their photos on booking.com do not reflect the reality . the bathroom is so tiny that if some sits on the WC , the knees and feet would surely jut into the room. there is just a flimsy plastic curtain separating the bed from the bathroom . everything about this room was bad . broken ceiling light . the cushion covers are too big fir the cushions . gives a sloppy look . the mattress is much smaller than the bed . no wardrobe . the AC is inefficient and noisy and starts working after 15 minutes of giving the command . same for hot water .

the bathroom is isolated through a curtain… be aware you have to have intimacy with your partner

The mattress of the bed had very low quality, we received the breakfast daily in a bag in front of the door wich had not variety for 7 days.. The room had very poor isolation. It got cold imediately after the AC was turnes off..
