Hotel was clean
When we enter the room. Nothing was provided. No towels, no toilet tissue, No floor mat, no water. Rooms are nothing like the pictures. We had to ask for everything. It was 3 of us. And after requesting, they only gave 2 towels that smells so bad. 2 slippers. After couple of hours - he provided extra metres and cover- but we had to do all the job.
No room service was provided. We were charged extra to booking.com.

the location was good however the hotel name couldn’t come up properly when searching via Uber however my driver knew roughly where it was.

The bed is very hard. They should change it with something little softer.

location was the only good thing. it was close to where I was having meetings.
There was nothing good about the property. very weak or non existent wifi. noisy inconsiderate staff who insisted on cleaning adjacent rooms and corridors all through the night and making a huge noise shouting and laughing - had to tell them to be quiet at 2am on me day.

Location is fantastic and guest management is good. The guy at the receptions is very kind and caring.
Parking is spacious.
Literally, they don't serve any food except tea/ beverage or breakfast.
The cost SAR. 300 - 400 is a bit more than what should be expected.
The cleanliness is so so.

Staff are very helpf. The property is clean and in a good location
The window of the bedroom was broken. I didn't realize till last day. Outside the window there is a short wall which makes it easier for anyone to climb and get in the bedroom through the window. This a major safety issue. I didn't make a big deal as I was busy and also happy otherwise with the property and service.
