This hotel is a gem in Koh Phangan, especially if you’re here for the Full Moon Party – the highlight of the island, in my opinion.
Nestled in a fantastic spot away from the bustling center, they offer free shuttles that whisk you there in just 2 minutes. This means you can soak up all the Full Moon festivities without the hassle of noise and chaos.
While it’s not a fancy 5-star resort, so you won’t find an army of staff at your beck and call, and there aren’t tons of beach loungers, the trade-offs are well worth it. The sunsets are breathtaking, the water is crystal clear, and the beach feels beautifully private. Add tasty food and rooms that are modern and spotless into the mix, and you’ve got a winning combination.
We chose room B4 in the second row – a sweet spot with the perfect distance from the pool and the beach.
The only potential downside might be if there are big, noisy families around. Still, if you want to experience the Full Moon Party (even if you’re not a party animal) and relish a gorgeous private beach, this is the spot to be.

The hotel looks great on the outside , location for the sunset is really good
You need to know where is your room , our rooms was on the far side up the hill and going up and down was a major hustle , buggies are not always ready you need to request and wait for it
Restaurant should find a solution for the flies and the ants in the mini bar

Nice modern resort with a nice breakfast and very friendly personel.
It is within walking distance from Haad Rin but also has a shuttle that goes every hour.
Beautiful view of Samui!
Beach in front the resort was not very clean (not caused by the resort).

The stuff was very very friendly
Like a family
The hotel located on the other side of had rin beach .
It’s not comfortable to walk cause it’s very steep.
You always have to have a shuttle or taxi ( for those who didn’t rent a bike ) and it’s expensive.
The upper rooms are on top of the hill and if there no shuttle around you’ll have to climb and it’s very steep.
They have a private beach but it’s impossible to swim on this side of the island .
In the room - the water is salty!!!I brushed my teeth with sweet water from the bottle which they provide .
There are no place to put the soap , shampoo etc for me it’s important I hate to put it on the floor !!
They put coffee capsules in the room and they charge you for that I didn’t see any thing about it .
Above all the hotel is beautiful the view is beautiful but I won’t be back again .

beautiful rooms and amazing view from both
the room and the pool area.
nice and helpful staff.
they have a shuttle to the haadrin area every hour.
the hotel’s beach is not the best (a lot of sea weed), comparing to the nearby haadrin for example.
our room was really high on the mountain, during the day they have golf carts that can take you up (with good availability) but at night you have to walk up a lot of stairs.
there are a lot of small ants in the room and the property in general, not too bothering but a bit annoying especially in the room.

The location is amazing with Leela beach, the sunsets, the swimming pool over the ocean. Everything was really nice, comfortable and clean. The staff is lovely. we had a lovely stay, thank you.
I didn't like the amount of single plastic items like mini toothpaste, plastic straws, plastic cutleries & takeaway boxes for in-room dining... when we see so much plastic and waste on the beaches, why add useless single use plastic.
Leela Beach is beautiful. But sadly, there was a lot of broken glass and plastic waste in the sand and water. We saw the staff cleaning the beach in the morning but it seems they only remove the algae, not the garbage caused by humans. Its a shame but there is room for improvement :-). Acting one this would make a huge difference.

Loved the location on a private beach secluded from the party people on Haad Rin. The room we got (beachfront Suite) was gorgeous, huge and clean. The staff were super super friendly! Breakfast and other food was very tasty and abundant.
The bed was terribly uncomfortable! The worst bed I had during our whole trip in Thailand which consisted of 5 different hotels. The linens and towels were basic were not of high quality, not ones for a high class hotel that we paid a lot of money for during “low season”.

The breakfast was horrible and disappointing, the location was far away from everything

Very spacious, modern and beautiful room. Near the hotel there is a wonderful beach with fine sand. In addition, the food at the hotel is very tasty.
There is a construction site near the hotel. Because of this, the view spoils.

the room CO1 is a dream room . huge including a living room and a kitchen and a small outdoor pool . the whole room has a breathtaking view to the sea .
the beach is wow and special.
some guests were really loud and the staff should do more to keep guests quieter . the pool area should be redone and the sundbeds should be renewed.

I didn’t like the property!
it was a grey place to stay, the hotel is much more beautiful on the photos that it’s actually is.
it’s on a hill and not comfortable with the kids unless it’s front beach villa’s.
there were no hospitality during our checking, only the drivers and the restaurant were a bit nicer service. We’ve been in 3 hotels in Koh Phangan, and this hotel was the worst, and the most expensive! no value for money!
we tried to cancel or to shorten our trip, but not the hotel or booking we’re ready to help.
I would never come back to this hotel or will recommend it to my friends.
We received a big room, that looks nice but it wasn’t clean enough and not comfortable and not aesthetic. The hotel is stale from my point a view.
for the next time when clients complain about their stay, try to understand them and help them to cancel their stay, and don’t lock them in a place they don’t want to be. I asked booking to contact with me directly and one called me, very frustrating feeling!

Nice view. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
The hotel is build on a hill, in the nights there are much insects and other creatures. We found twice an cockroach in the room.. Staff was friendly to help us with this. Other point is about the location, you need an tuktuk to go to your room and to the city.
Keep in mind, the tuktuk ride is till 20:00. After this you will have to walk.
Also the showering water is salt. Conclusion, compared to other hotels this was one of the most expensive ones. Might not worth the money.
