Stavros and his team were very helpful and friendly! If there was anything we needed, they were very hands-on and reliable. The rooms were very clean and neatly arranged. Sheets and towels were changed on a regular basis. The apartment is close to a grocery store and bakery as well as several bars and restaurants. You can reach the beach in less than 3 minutes on foot. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and they offer a great variety of local and continental meals. The cocktails were also on point.

The appartment was large, fully equipped with a small kitchen, fridge (we had fresh cold bottled water at arrival which was very nice); beds were very comfortable, there is an air conditioning system in every room, also mosquito nets. Due to the fact that the property is not on the main road, but slightly to the side, allowed us to sleep with the balcony doors opened during the night, there wasn't very much noise. There is also a pretty large balcony with a 4 people table and chairs, and a hanger for towels and swimming suits. Also the view was as others said here, spectacular. Breakfast was good, the English one and the Salt one surprised me very much (in a positive way), very tasty; but also all of the 4 variants lasted us (2 adults, 2 children) until the afternoon. On a personal note, I would've preferred to be able to serve breakfast since 7:30 instead of 8:30. The restaurant is downstairs and is called Alati, it's "a la carte". My personal score would be a 9.8 because on two occasions there wasn't one of the menu dishes available. But nevertheless, the taste was so so great! Stavros, the owner, really made it different than all the others in Alykes! I really appreciated that they also give the customer the possibility to choose, at main course, with the meat, mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, cooked vegetables and another option which I don't remember right now. Also the desert is 10/10; they also have in menu Pecan Pie and Baclava which I recommend to taste and that are made by the owner's mother. The beach is 5 minute walk away, actually we stayed every time at Palm Tree Bar beach zone (2 sunbeds and a palm tree umbrella were 9 euros per day): clean sand on the beach and in the water, no rocks whatsoever, the sea was extraordinary calm each morning. All in all, it was a 10/10 experience, definitely recommend.

Lovely Breakfast, all staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Clean relatively modern, door on shower, The restaurant is open to the public on an evening and the food is excellent. The views from your balcony are stunning, hence the name. I shall definitely stay there again. Ideal location, not far to walk to anywhere in Alykes from there.

We were a group of 4 in 1 apartment and although they did eventually find us a second key it would have been better for more than one key for a multiple occupancy that was given at check in & had the electric switch thing on it.

The room was nice and clean, newly renovated and good size. The manager of the property was so polite and helpful, when we asked for extra pillows the manager was more than happy enough to help. Cleaning staff where accommodating and polite and checked on if we needed anything. The food at the restaurant was the best food we had all holiday. My partner has been 6 time to Alykes and Alykanas and she said it was some of the best food she tasted in Greece. The bar staff were very nice and friendly, always asking how our day was and making time to get to know us.

Rooms are big and well furnished, beds very comfy. Cleaned daily. Location for village and beach is perfect. Owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Fab bar and best gin in the village.

Can be a bit noisy in the mornings as located on road but nothing too bad.

Very central location & very roomy apartment, with plenty of storage space.
