The hallway carperts had an oder to it.

It was my second time at African Sky and I had a peaceful sleep like the first time with good food.
I had to discover that the bathroom was not clean with a dirty brown toilet that I had to clean with toilet paper for my wife to use, I would’ve been given another room if I had to complain for sure, but this shouldn’t be the standard and principle.

Friendly receptionist.
1. Service at the restaurant. The waiting was too long.
2. Not enough bath towels in the rooms
3. No hand wash in the bathroom
4. Window drapping. No privacy when curtains are open.

The plugs in the rooms to charge phones and laptops are not very user friendly

I found the cleanliness a pleasure to behold, the breakfast was exceptional, and the service was friendly and professional, and the bedding was very clean, something a person doesnt often see, and even against the odds with that side of town without electricity I never needed for a moment, we had power. The bathrooms were clean and no mildew. I have to mention the staff again ,they were exceptional.

The hotel has been revamped and it’s nice and clean. The rooms are spacious. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs.
The water in the shower seemed to flow back into the bathroom and had to put a towel to block water from flowing into the bathroom. I wish their rate could include breakfast

Okay firstly the booking process was super easy and fast.
Finding the hotel was a walk in the park.
The reception by Ms B Selepe was very warm. That lady is a gem. Treasure her.
The rooms, linen and towels were spotless. Thank housekeeping for me.
Your restaurant staff was amazing. They speak softly to each other I loved it.
I couldn't find anything to unlike.
