La cercanía a la playa y atención del personal
1. La piscina estaba sucia, llena de insectos y no hay mantenimiento, nunca vi a nadie limpiarla
2. Las fotos que colocan del beach club no es de libre acceso, hay que pagar 15 euros adicionales. Si te dan acceso a otros beach club sin costo, pero ninguno ofrece camillas y sombrillas en primera fila de la playa.

The proximity to the restaurant Astrolabe
we were promised the unit we previously had stayed in. No apologies at all. Television was controlled by a dish and did not work well and when it did channels were limited. WiFi barely worked.

Breakfast was good, but Karein was a real delight to talk to. L Arnaud is very appealing with good food
Our door was left open one day by the cleaning crew and after calling about it after being left until 4:30 pm, we never heard a word about it or an apology. Security should be a priority now a days for all

Loved having a private pool to share with our friends. Short walk to the beach. Loved the access to the beach clubs included with stay.
Breakfast could be MUCH improved. Beds were hard

Location, staff, restaurant were all excellent. Pool was very nice and convenient. The grounds and lzndscping were beautiful.
There was no comfortable seating in the room, only hard wooden chairs and table. No coffee maker-only hot water and instant coffee

The grounds are very pretty.
The room has nothing in it. One bed. One table with two chairs. There is no warmth to the room and it echos. If you moved a chair or opened a drawer, the sound was so irritating. The person in the room next us snored and it literally kept us awake. Also, the room keys were ridiculously large and heavy….. they were a pain to carry to the beach

Beautiful scenery with villas, an amazing restaurant and kind staff. Perfect location you’re right by the beach which has lots of beach clubs on it. Coco beach was my favorite.

The check in staff were very friendly and the Astrolabe restaurant at the resort was phenomenal. Right next to a beautiful beach.
The room felt very old and there was a very loud private party in the restaurant behind our room until 11pm. ALSO, they use old-fashioned keys, not key cards, so we forgot to return the key and had to spend $40 to return it by taxi after we already got to the airport...

Vast property close to the beach + swimming pool for the bungalow
Wi-fi in our room 536 was not functioning properly. Problem was not solved during our two weeks stay !

Spacious property and well maintained grounds. it felt safe there.
There were no comfortable chairs to set on. The chairs in the room were 2 hard wooden ones. The patio chairs were newer but still uncomfortable to sit on the back porch.

Hotel with beachfront , big rooms, semi-private pool in each villa, quiet and perfect location to rest. Several beach clubs available right in front of the hotel.
Price is too high vs what they offer, the breakfast is simple and the rest are extras that you need to pay. The service at the beach clubs isn't great. The best service was a KKO, the worst at Coco beach.

Close to beech and nice staff
Over priced but it was also over New Years Eve and to be expected. Didn’t get the King Bed room that was reserved through Booking.com considering the rate was $500 this was a little disappointing.

Well located, nice and well kept resort. Hospitality is at good level. Food is great. Next to the sea and beach restaurants, as well as to central square where restaurants are open for dinner.
Resort has no beach. Beaches in front of resort are private, some of them give free of charge access for resort guests, but not Coco beach, which is just between resort and sea.
Only very basic breakfast is included (no eggs, meat, pancakes etc), which is misleading. Full breakfast is extras.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant is superb. It was very quiet at this time of year. The villa of two units had its own private pool. Each one does. That was spectacular. Very short 2 minute walk to the beach. Our room was very good sized. The bathroom is also very nice.
It was great for our short stay before a cruise. Nothing to complain about at all.
