אנשים מאוד טובים, מנסים כל הזמן לעזור היתה לנו בעיה ומאוד עזרו לנו ובאו לקראתנו החדרים הזוגיים בקומת הקרקע מצויינים המלון במרכז העיר העתיקה לקחנו גם 2 חדרים של 3 אנשים החדרים היו בקומה העליונה ואין מעלית, רק מדרגות ועזרו לנו להרים את המזוודות תודה רבה 🙏🏼 ארוחת הבוקר עשירה וטובה מאוד יש בריכה קטנה וחמודה בבניין הראשי

צריך לקחת בחשבון שלחדרים בקומה השניה צריך לעלות מדרגות ויש חדרים בקומה השניה שהמדרגות מאוד צרות וקטנות, במיוחד בחדרים של העליית גג ואין חדרים של 3 אנשים בקומת קרקע בחדרים של ה 3 אנשים המזגן לא מקרר כמו שצריך פחות מתאים לעונת הקיץ השולחנות בארוחת הבוקר נמצאים בחוץ וממש חם בתקופה שאנחנו היינו יש רק 2 שולחנות באזור הסגור והממוזג של האוכל

the triple room with wooden walls is terribly unconfortable for tall people, the bed matress and the pillows are very hard

Smoking inside venue and while trying to eat. Food only suitable for locals. Bed night but pillows to big and horrible. Very Very noisy till 3 or 4 in the morning when we had to be up at 5.30!!! Very thin walls. Also staff very unfriendly. They acted tired and miserable, but not necessarily rude.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, all amenities were good (breakfast, hair dryer, air con, wifi, pool, mini fridge). Location is excellent, right in old city. Room does not have coffee or tea maker.

The single room is pretty small for the price but has everything you need.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. The location was great too, very near Hadrians gate and lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance

The wifi in the other buildings (not the reception building) didn't work and the rooms were pretty dark (there were shutters on the windows which didn't open).

We loved the location of the hotel in Old Town in Kaleici area. Close to main shopping and stores avenue, close to the Roman marina ,restaurants and local vendors. All in a very small walking distance The hotel manager was the best in keeping us happy and making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice, although not very varied, but tasty.

I didn't like the fact that the room we were given wasn't clean before we arrived. It was clear that it hadn't been used for a few days, but since we were allocated to that room, they should have made sure it was cleaned before we had to check in. We checked in late at night, so that shouldn't have been a problem. Nevertheless, the Manager of the hotel, Onur, did everything he could to satisfy our needs and accepted our complaints and gave us a nice room, which was in better condition. It is an old buil, so the facilities are not as modern or spotless. Other bad thing that made us give a low score is the lack of WiFi signal in the bedroom. It was terrible. It wouldn't find the Internet or even connect most of the time. I would suggest fixing this problem. The fact that we couldn't use the pool or even stay close as ir didn't have water. It was a bit disappointing, but we understood the reasons.

Beautiful architecture (incredibly well preserved old buildings) and great location in Antalya. Very kind and helpful staff. In the morning to leave the hotel for the airport (an early flight) someone's car was blocking mine - a rental car which I had to return before the flight. Not having the possibility to move it out, the hotel managers called us a taxi to the airport and then managed to return my car to the rental company in time. He even stopped to put gas before returning it, as I had asked - to equal the same level of gas as when I got it. Later, I got a confirmation from the rental company that everything was in order. Despite this unfortunate situation, the staff was always very helpful and tried to do as much as possible for us. The kind of selfless and generous actions that leave us very grateful and wanting to come back to this hotel if in Antalya once again.
