Good location close to train station, tram stops, walkable to lots of things to do, shops, and restaurants. Clean comfortable room that are a good size for Japanese hotels

Internet was patchy on the 10th floor

even though the staff did not speak english, they were very helpful and always ready to use translator.

i had to check out early and find a new hotel. mostly because i booked smoking room by mistake, but also because the room was very uncomfortable. it didnt feel very clean, i felt like there was a lot of dust. the bed was kind of uncomfortable. combined with the odor of smoking room (my mistake, not the hotels) i just had to leave.

Very friendly staff, good location near a tram stop and in walking distance of points of interest.

The furniture is a bit old fashioned.

It was close to pretty much everything. The Atomic Dome as well as the Castle were just a short walk away.

Location is great; Main train station Hiroshima is in a reasonable walking distance and a bus station is very close. Receptionists are vert kind and communication was easy. Reasonable.

Quite dry air, although an air moisturizer is in the room which helps. Might be only my room and my sensitive nose, but the room smelled like somebody used to smoke there.
