ad we arrived at night they tried to give us a room with no hot water and no wifi with lots of stairs after calling the manager and a little argue we were upgraded go a dissent room that’s the Indian way u have to stand and check everything

everything was fantastic

It is the location of the property which gives it edge over others, rest all services as as average as they can be.

We were assured of late check our at the time of our booking but when the time came the reception created chaos and showed us that terms and conditions propaganda. We as a customer are now more afraid of the terms and conditions more than the services a hotel offers. We were with an 8 month old baby and a 72 years old heart patient, all this went of terrible due to pressure of hotel staff

Bathrooms were not clean and mattresses were uncomfortable.

Excellent Location right on River Ganga also having beautiful view of green mountains. Property has one spot from where you can actually take a dip in the Ganga safely. Higher floor rooms have balcony facing river & mountain range

It could have been more cleaner. Housekeeping staff wasn’t of professional level. Food in the Restaurants could be still better

Check-in at the hotel was at 3.30 we were waiting 1.5 hours! I called and warned that it was my birthday and I have plans for the day. The man on the line was very polite and promised attention and a compliment from the hotel. In fact, the room was dirty, and in the evening we could not have dinner outside because all the tables were occupied. The maximum price for such a room is 5-7 thousand, but definitely not 17. The management didn't care about anything. They weren't interested. But the junior staff was great

Resort was adjacent to Ganga with private beach access. Spa was very good and food quality one of the best in Rishikesh.

Good location. Room was good, great views. Main restaurant is good with good breakfast spread.

1) Bathroom leaked the whole night and was a big puddle in the morning. Though they were prompt in fixing it in the morning 2) Lobby is too cramped and when we arrived we went into the restaurant next to the lobby to have lunch. It had flies on the table (and few dead on the window sill). Food took a good 30 mins to arrive (we were told from the restaurant below and not sure why we weren’t asked to go to the hotel restaurant directly for a better meal instead of servicing us in the dilapidated coffee shop. Room had two big glass water bottles but empty when we checked in. 3) Next day needed two reminders to fill them. 4) At check out we were given a bill to pay for full amount when the full payment had already been made at booking. Had to show my account with the deductions to get the right bill. 5) The hotel lobby is really tired looking. The coffee shop next door is awful. Needs a serious upgrade. The rest of the hotel too needs some sprucing up. Staff is trying to do well but service needs to be really better. This is at best a 3.5 stars hotel. Not a 4 star.

Overall a good experience

On my query through Booking.com ,I was informed that pets are allowed free however on reaching the destination I was informed that a payment of Rs 2000/ will be charged extra

Location was perfect in Tapovan .. Laxhman Jhula bridge is approx 15/20 min walk

WiFi was poor in the rooms unless you were in the reception
