The location of this place was great, right next to different cool places and restaurants in Palermo. The room was spacious. The employees were kind and friendly.
The quality of the wifi was bad, mostly if you need to use it for work. From reception they tried to help me out with another option, but still it was slow.

If you like great cafes, restaurants, bars with some of the most delicious food and drink around? then look no further. The property is in an amazing location, walking distance to everything you need, immersed in a nice cosmopolitan vibe. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe and the nightlife was fantastic. I stayed in other parts of BA but returned to this area. The apartments are clean, light and airy with everything you need, can't complain there.
If you book this hotel via booking.com with currency set at ARS (Argentine Peso) then you will be presented with the cost of your stay at Argentine Peso official rate but when you arrive at the property they will charge you the blue rate (almost double the price)
When I showed them the booking.com booking confirmation price they said it has nothing to do with them and gave no explanation as to why they charge the blue rate while most hotels in Argentina charge the official rate. I was one of three people at reception trying to understand booking.com price vs their price. Booking.com wasn't interested in our issue.

Great location and staff . Room good - excellent restaurants and breakfast places v close by. Didn’t use the kitchen but would be good for those who might want to…
Communal space was a bit strange - more like a business centre. Shower took an age to get warm.

At least the location is very good
Two days ahead of our stay, we were advised by the hotel staff that, due to the local currency issues, they only accepted US Dollars for payment amounting to DOUBLE the price of our stay in Argentinian Pesos. They charged our credit card pretending they were a New York hotel to avoid taxes and avoid needing to bring the money to Argentina.
In addition to that, when we arrived, the hotel lobby was in restauration. We arrived a couple of hours early in the hotel hoping to work from the lobby (we were "working from home") and we couldn't stay there. Luckily, they had a coworking place they granted us an exception to stay, but the noise, smell, and powder in the air were terrible. During that time and throughout the whole rest of our stay, wi-fi connection was pretty bad, both there and in our room, which made the meetings we had to take pretty poor. Due to the restauration, lights also went down frequently throughout our visit and, in the last day, the hotel was short of water for a couple of hours, we even got a little bit late to do our check-out because we couldn't shower
The hotel has pretty good potential, honestly, especially given its prime location. It is a very big shame that the conditions of our visit were so poor

The location in Palermo was great, and the neighborhood was nice with many amenities. If you are going for a vacation, and you want to say in the neighborhood, this would be a perfect spot.
Very difficult to get a cab in this location. We often had to wait 15 - 20 minutes to get one scheduled, and then wait for it to come. The staff did not really speak English, and we were told we could not extend our stay, but then we were able to extend our stay. Overall, not very efficient in terms of the paperwork and administrative work. Also, one of the bathroom's cold water did not work, so we had to use the single shower (thus defeating the purpose of two bathrooms).

The location was great and staff was very friendly.
There is not enough space for your luggage but it is not a big issue if you just stay for a short time.

Best possible location in Buenos Aires; great staff and spacious rooms
VERY noisy rooms, could easily hear steps and if youre a light sleeper (like myself), you might wale up every time someone opens the door or takes the elevator. Horrible wifi. Daily cleaning was good but there were bugs and cockroaches in the room in 2 different days. Kitchen also had very disgusting previous marks.

First of all, the accommodation exceeded my expectations. Everything looked like a honeymoon experience. I truly recommend the place.
There weren't any tips on the room about how to turn on the hot water, so I needed to go downstairs to know how it works.
Besides this small issue. I had the most amazing night ever.
