Food is okay and the staffs are very helpful.
Parking facility is not available, you have to park your car outside the hotel which I think is a big drawback for this hotel.
The lift is too small, it can only accommodate two persons properly, so if you are having luggage with you then it is too cramped.
The bed sheet was not clean.

Location
The rooms are dirty, bathroom door was not closing,no Ac remote, staff behaviour is not so good, charged 500 rs for 2 hour late checkout.

Location is good.Resturant food is good but they are charging high rate.
For example Vada is 60/-in their menu but they charged 90/- at restaurant while having breakfast.
Dirty dishes were there in the morning for 12 hrs
I don't know why i didn't get complementary breakfast.
You have charged 400/_ extra for river view room but i couldn't get one.
So wastage of money

good place to stay with a good view of the river and the cricket field. staffs are really good and friendly.

The rooms are very basic and not at good maintenance. Staff were helpful and attentive. Location is good and food is awesome.

The break fast quality was good earlier. Now it need lots of improvement.

Staff serving food was very good at serving food and taken care to serve hot and timely service.
Room service was not good, needs improvement. Towels and bed sheets were stinking and need to be wasted.
All hotel is good with good mannered staff and food is good.

I did not like anything about this hotel.
The inside of the hotel is dirty and the rooms are very unhygienic, no sanitization and were stinking. The bathroom/toilet was pathetic. I have cancelled my stay on 7th Aug. ''Long story in short"
