Staff tries to help but they are only workers there who can not do anything.
They are not child friendly, so if you have a family, I would recommend you to not choose this hotel. Even on the first night of my stay, Air conditioning stop working and my 1 year old son get sick due to heat.

In the same district as the famous mosques and bazaars
Very bad hygiene. The mattress had all kinds of brown and yellow stains. Mold in the bathroom and the rooms smelled funky. The bathrooms had no windows, so all the smell entered the room we slept in. The towels and bedding also had many stains. The staff intentionally declined my Visa payment to avoid taxes. I didn't have any extra cash on me so I spent 2 days trying to get a relative to send me money from overseas, which they also knew yet they wouldn't back down and let me pay with my Visa Card. The staff double booked our room and so they had us stay in a room that we didn't choose. There was no view, since the windows overlooked the neighborhoods broken down staircases and storage rooms. The stairs were unsafe due to poor lighting. The AC also worked 1/4 of the time, when it was most needed, since the temperatures reached 37° C in Istanbul during our visit.

The staff were great especially the receptionist called Khalid, he was too king and very helpful and the fact that he speaks English was a plus. The guy who serves breakfast is great too.
Since I moved in my room was never cleaned or even bedding’s changed. The breakfast too basic.
It’s a bit hidden not so easy to find.. perhaps they should improve on that.

Our stay at the hotel was extremely comfortable, there was an individual member from staff, Mr Anil (from
Afghanistan), he made our stay extra Special as he came across extremely friendly always with a smile on his face, also he helped us in every way he could, whenever we needed assistance/ advice he surely gave it to us happily. The rooms were big and spacious, they had all necessities in them. Good company/ good people/ good environment= Happy Customers 😊😊😊
I would kindly suggest Rozza Hotel to have plastic cups and tea bags/ kitchen rolls/ provided in the room before hand customers arrive to there rooms

The location of the accomodation is really good. All the most interesting sights can be reached in 20 minutes of walking. Receptionist were nice and helpful. The breakfast was also decent for that price. They gave brot, cheese, vegetables, nutella, tea, coffee, egg. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The walls are a little bit too thin, sometimes it was difficult to sleep. Breakfast was good, but if you arrived a little bit too late, many prodicts were already missing.

Very thin walls, can hear everything - people walking in the hallway, talking in the next room, too loud, difficult to go to sleep early.

Nothing at all, they are scammers and lie about their bookings
After booking and arriving, they said the rooms are full and wanted to send me to another place that is a hostel and very dirty and disgusting in a very bad location, and with the same money paid for this hotel. They did not want to refund the money, until i insisted on calling the police. They are liars, scammers and very unprofessional. Never recommend to use this place and it should be removed from Booking.com
