It is very nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and tidy. It's the best place to stay

The location is good, not too far from Cubbon Park. The staffs were very nice. Nice bed and a hot shower with pressure. It was clean, still some improvement to do but okay.

Improvement for the cleaning can be made, especially in the bathroom.

The quality of the accommodation is really good and the staff are kind.

I like how they have a kiosk. The common area downstairs is comfortable and everyone is really helpful and friendly.

It's rediculs that you are asked to provide proof of your travels. It already takes time to get through the regular procedure (that all hostels have) while checking in. Why do you want to see my train tickets? 😅

I like commom room and their dining.

Rasturants are far from hotel 15min walk distance. Although their is a food facility at hotel itself but it is too costly.

It’s a beautiful and well maintained property. The staff was extremely friendly as well.

Calm place to stay with no noise and disturbance

1. Bedsheets were never replaced on time 2. Bad internet connection in room 3. Fan stopped working 4. Lower bed was available but still was given upper bed inspite of request for lower bed due to medical issues 5. One guest was using the food items of other guests and inspite of the complaint, no action was taken and issue was not addressed by the staff 6. Common bathroom was occupied and the room bathroom was occupied by another guest. Due to the emergency, another room bathroom was used and staff did not understand the severity of the situation and was just shouting that you cannot use other room bathroom

I enjoyed the company of the very social other travelers. The location was ideal. All facilities were there. No noise at night: not a party hostel!

There were bugs in the kitchen. They were often out of toilet paper.
