The garden with a small pool is very cute and the whole complex is very calm. Relaxed and nice place, especially loved cats which I couldn't even count at one point.

the room we got was very dark and the refrigerator was broken it was making tremendous sounds we had to turn it off, there was almost not kitchen stuff everything was minimum, minimum toilet paper.

We were in Asunción for a week; and needed our ‘home’ to serve multiple functions (remote work, downtime/relax, space to cook, and close to family out of town. Don Gerardo was perfect. Erica who greeted us and oversaw our stay was lovely and attentive. The cleaning every second day was a very welcome and wonderful touch. The block of apartments is well loved, tropical & green and spacious. The pool is perfect for the heat, and lovely layout in the garden. Wifi is good. A/C strings. And fans in the bedroom and living space. It was tranquil/ quiet and close to a supermarket, and a very popular Food Market (Festival style/ Food trucks). Would highly recommend!
