The house was a perfect walking distance to town. The house was perfect and I Loved the wrap around porch. I had a few questions which Anthony answered pretty quickly. I wish we could have had a fire pit but then we probably would have been too loud especially since quiet time in the neighborhood starts at 10pm.

South Haven is now golf cart friendly. Reserve a golf cart in advance and you are set.

The house and property were both very clean and well taken care of. The space was very accommodating for our extended family of 10. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and we were close enough to walk to enjoy the farm market, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed all the space outside for our 4 kids to play, especially the paved driveway! It was a great place to stay and would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and away from the hustle and bustle without being too far!

We just spent Labor Day weekend at Footprints in the Sand with family and friends. It was a great size home for the 10 of us with wonderful closet space and room separation. The backyard was a huge bonus so the kids could run around when not at the beach. It was a short walk to the lovely downtown area but had a full kitchen if you prefer to cook at home. We enjoyed our stay!

The property was located just a few mins walk from downtown. It was nice, clean, well stocked and perfect for a larger group of people. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone looking to go to SoHa

This was our first time to South Haven. We had a wonderful time at this home. Loved the porch. Enjoyed drinking coffee and reading a book there. Safe for little ones. Door to upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of room. Kitchen is stocked with what you need. Walking distance to either North or South beach and town. Also walking distance to the Van Haven trail where you can see the bridge that is advertised. We brought our bikes and rode there several times too. There is a small kid park right around the corner that our grandkids enjoyed. Our children had a great time walking to town too.Owners we’re fantastic!

The house was wonderful and very spacious- plenty of room and privacy for our small group. The front porch is the best- a perfect place to relax and listen to the birds while enjoying the pleasant weather. The neighborhood is very quiet and off the beaten path just enough insulate yourself from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but everything you'd want is fully accessible on foot. We walked to North Beach twice and into the downtown area. We always love South Haven but staying in a quiet residential neighborhood was a first for us and just exactly what we were looking for and what we'll do in the future. Thank you for the short but perfect stay!

The property is very clean, comfortable & updated. We especially liked the wraparound front porch & roomy back porch. The neighborhood is very comfortable with lots of shade. Also appreciated the convenience of downtown & the water. It's a very walkable distance from the property. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was amazing. The house was very clean and well maintained. The backyard featured a big deck and a yard for kids to play in. This house is located 3-4 blocks away from many restaurants, bars and shops. We will definitely be renting again next year.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! It was very clean and spacious for our two families with teenagers. Everything we needed. The location was amazing! Just a short walk (10 mins) to downtown South Haven for all the shops and restraunts, and of course the beaches. The neighborhood was perfect. Very peaceful and quaint. We are already planning on coming back and renting this property again.

We had such a wonderful time in South Haven and this awesome rental home was at the heart of it all. We were surprised how close/walkable we were to town and the beach. We made the walk with 4 kiddos - ages 3 to 11. We would love to come back again. =)

Outside of the heat our stay was amazing. This home is in a peaceful neighborhood and is just a short distance to downtown South Haven. Included everything we needed for the weekend. Sitting on the back deck in the evening was very relaxing. Already talking about booking again in the future.

We loved this house and found it very convenient to both the north and south beach! It was nice to have a master bedroom on the main level as well as three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs!

What a wonderful place, in a great neighborhood to stay. It could have not been any easier to get back and forth to Gingerman Raceway for the race weekend, meanwhile downtown South Haven and the beach is right there too. The extremely attractive home accommodated 7 of us adults quite comfortably. When you stay here, be sure to carve out some time to simply just sit on the porch; it’s wonderful.

This city & cottage are absolute gems. This home is clean, spacious, and in a great location. We enjoyed North Beach, walking down town (10 min walk), and kids corner playground. Maria’s is delicious, and Captain Lou’s has great live music on their patio next to the water.

This property had more than enough bedrooms and space for our two-family getaway. We enjoyed the location to the downtown and the beach. The neighbors were quiet and were tolerating of our loud children who were running outside. There were two things I wished were better: 1) the linens need to be washed or aired out better. I have a dust allergy and i immediately could tell it was dusty inside the house, and 2) there wasn’t cooking oil and we assumed there would be oil at least available. We bought oil and left for the next vacationer. :)
