We had a wonderful time. The house is so cute. Had everything we needed and is in the best location on Crystal Beach. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was awesome, the house was clean and well kept, the location on the beach was perfect and exceeded expectations. The punch lock would not work but directions on accessing with a key were available and was an easy solution. Might consider replacing the can openers, there were two available but neither worked well for opening cans. Only other suggestion would be to add some bowels with lids to keep food items prepped for meals and snacks. Would definitely stay again if we ever chose this destination for another getaway week!! This house was perfect for us! So close to the beach. And the beach was so quiet and nearly empty! There were other people and several larger groups, but there was enough room for everyone to spread out on the beach and in the water. We will 100% stay hete again!

This house was perfect for our family of five! It's on a quiet part of the beach and included everything we needed. The deck was wonderful, and I was happy there was a gate for the stairs so our little ones could run around. The owners had excellent communication. We will absolutely be back again!

This house sleeps ten, is very clean,is located un a quiter area of beach. Owner is easy to work with.

We had a wonderful time at Latitude Adjustment! We chose to get married on Crystal Beach and this was the perfect place for us, from color to size. It fit everyone perfectly that was there for our small, intimate wedding. My favorite part by far though, was waking up and sitting on the deck drinking my coffee and watching the waves, and same for the evening. Such a peaceful time! Karyn was very responsive when I needed something. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. All supplies and amenities listed were available which were much appreciated! Had trouble getting into beach house due to malfunctioning keyless entry but help was immediately available from host with one phone call. We would recommend staying at Latitude Adjustment.

The house was super nice and clean. Everything we needed to cook was there. The washer and dryer were nice. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. The deck was my favorite and walks on the beach was super close and easy. I love the neighborhood! The houses are close and everyone was friendly! Highly recommend staying here!!

It was a nice place. The last night we had two big groups of younger people staying on both sides of us and they got pretty rowdy and loud. Other than that the house was great.

We had a great stay! The only thing I would say is to have the cleaning staff go over the baseboards. They are disgusting. Brown yuk! Everything else was wonderful.

We stay in Bolivar every Easter weekend and this was by far the best location so far. The host was super accommodating and the home was beautiful. The location is directly on the beach and made for a perfect weekend get away. We especially loved that the home was NOT owned by a property management company and was a private residence/owner. No crazy extra costs for likened and the like or additional fees. Highly recommend!

The house was great but the location was just perfect. The closeness of the beach and water while sitting on the deck....priceless. We had a small issue the first day we were there and the owners responded quickly to take care of the problem. They couldn't have been nicer about it. My daughter and I had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this house again if available.

The house is exactly what was advertised. It was really clean and had everything you needed, and appliances were all nice and updated. The other great thing for us (with small grand kids) is that it is just steps from the beach, and the traffic on the beach is a lot less than other areas. We will definitely be back.

Great property with great location. Being so close to the water allowed those of us who were less adventurous to sit on the deck and watch the rest of the family enjoy the sand and the surf. Access to the beach was very easy, making going back and forth to property no trouble for those needing a snack or bathroom break. Plenty of chairs on the deck for everyone in the evening. Inside the home had everything you needed to cook a meal or make a sandwich. There was plenty of room for the eight adults and a 15 month old but honestly the capacity for twelve would have been extremely crowded. The only problem we had with our trip was that the wind blew the internet box off its’ pole and we were without internet and TV for two of our vacation days. We reported this to our host who was quick to respond but was unable to get anyone to come out to make the repair. I have asked for some adjustment in the rate but have not heard back as yet. Still, we appreciated the quick reply and would be more than happy to rent this property again.

We loved the house and location. The only thing the house needed was lounge chairs on the deck. This house was perfect.

This is our second stay at this property and loved it just as much this time. The Kitchen is very well stocked with anything you would need for making meals. The rooms are comfortable and a good portion of the porch is covered so you can enjoy the ocean in the shade if you’ve had your fill of sand and sun. Looking forward to our next visit!

This property was very clean, right on the beach, quick beach access, and perfect for our girls trip! We loved the sectional in the living room and large kitchen island for chatting and playing games. The beach isn't as busy as other places we have stayed - and we loved that! Note to future renters - the ad states it can sleep up to 12 but make sure to read what the beds are like in the description. Two are fold out cushions on the floor. We fit 7 adults and felt like that was the max of adult sleepers.
