Apartment was very nice and comfortable. It is in a good position, very attractive!

It was a little bit cold and we have no luck because other guests make a lot of noise during the night, screaming and speaking very loudly

All together, everything was great.

My biggest issue was I had a lot of wifi issues. The password was not provided for me in advance, and I struggled to get it to work, even after I did, I kept getting a "failed to connect" and there wasn't really anyone there to help me trouble shoot. It was pretty important. Also, would have been nice to have basic essentials in there, like body soap or shampoo.

Omg, it is a lovely neighbourhood, and very aesthetically pleasing room. The smell was a bit too strong but still comforting. Thank you for these luxurious smell sticks and soap, it did make a difference! Bed is great, design is amazing, place to have a breakfast. The building itself is old (and full of stairs, probably not recommended bringing there your 80-year old grandma or person with a physical disability).

I wish there was a shower gel and new shampoo per each guest. It is expected from a place from booking.com (even if not a hotel). However, I did not ask the manager, maybe they just forgot to leave it.

The room was nice, in a good and quiet position.

The staff sent the instructions in dutch without answering to our comments. But we managed to access the room.

The room is at a nice location, from which you can easily reach attractions. The decoration of the room is cozy, the room is clean, the bed is soft. All in all, it’s worth of the price! I would like to choose it again!

The sound isolation is not good, I could hear people go upstairs and downstairs, and I could hear clearly of their talking, which bothered me when I was sleeping. But it was fine when no people walking and talking outside.

Convenient, good location and friendly owner/staff. Nicely decorated.

Suggestions : - Change the table with one that would be more convenient to work with a laptop - TV screen a little far from the bed or maybe need a bigger one - there was no soap in the shower

Beds are really comfortable, good bathroom, shower area a bit small and water pressure is good, very clean. Spacious studio nicely decorated. Restaurant downstairs have very nice staff and food. Location is easily accessed by public transport, own car and there's an underground parking lot nearby. Fast electrical car chargers at walking distance and nice location. Breakfast restaurants at 5 min walk from the hotel.

The stairs: not so nice to go up and down with luggage even if just enough for a weekend. They are narrow and many. Room is very warm die to sun position and at night it's impossible to open windows due to noise from bars nearby which goes until very late. Even the double glasses don't prevent the noise. Weird glass table in front of the studio door a potential hazardous feature able to cause injuries to guests, please remove it

The room was very spacious! And the most comfortable bed I have had yet while traveling in Belgium. The owner met us and he was very nice and very helpful to us. Not to mention, an amazing Chef.

My only issue was the noise from the bar next door. Would have been great for an under 40 crowd. But for us, it was a bit loud and kept up the person who slept on the bunk bed. However, in the main bedroom, we didn't hear anything at all.

Not very good communication With Host that send instructions to access the room in an ununderstandable language for me (flemish ? Dutch ? I do not know). And then... Nespresso capsule 1 euro ? Please... And not written anywhere in the room, only in that unknownkind language with all the other information, by email

Good location. Cozy and comfortable room. Early check-in possible. Nice restaurant downstairs.

Dirty bath mat. Curtains too small for the windows. Kitchen not well-equipped (no kettle). Not enough information provided (check-in and everything). Low water pressure in the shower.

Great location, close to the MAs museum, comfortable room and great (firm) bed.

Heating in cold months appears a little chilly, expect the room to be hot in summer months (no AC).

It was right across the street from our wedding venue which was perfect for our wedding night. Small but cozy, had a kitchen as well since we were upgraded at no additional cost!

The appartement's interior was really lovely, also the location was good.

The curtains didn't close, so we barely slept. I contacted the owner but he couldn't do anything for us so that was really disappointing.
