The appartment has everything you need and was quite comfortable. Hardly any noise in the area - just the odd vehicle going by. Appartment blocks are quiet, we hardly saw anyone in our week stay. Lovely views across to the sea. Within 10 minutes walk you can be at the beach, town centre and supermarkets. Good restaurants in the centre and there is a good variety there.

We had a lovely time in this modern, well provided for top floor apartment, which is well situated 500 meters from the main streets of Polis. The large roof terrace is well protected from the wind and there is a family sized Jacuzzi to enjoy. Within a few minutes walk there are a good selection of bars, restaurants and a large supermarket. The property has good internet, Sky TV plus and a DVD player, which in the winter months is a real bonus. There is air conditioning in every room, which as well as keeping the place cool has a heating mode, in addition there are also two stand alone heaters, which was essential for our stay, as there was a unprecedented 5 day long cold/wet period. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, as it ticks all the boxes. The owner Morag was more than helpful during our stay and we commend her on the good service she provided..

The property is situated on the edge of Polis, so walking distance to the village and it's pubs and eating establishments, also a short walk from the beach. Would sleep 4-6, rooms a good size and with sea views to be recommended. The ramp down to the parking area takes skill to negotiate and the parking spaces are extremely tight. We were happy with the apartment fittings and decoration, however the recent bad weather has led to some areas of damp. Very accomodating owner who responded positivly to our enquiries

Quiet location but ideally placed for easy access to town and beach. Spacious apartment. Spotlessly clean. Being north facing probably more suited for seasons other than winter when we found it very cold inside with never benefitting from any heat from the sun. Apart from being cold a nice apartment in a good location.

We had fantastic 12 day holiday at this property, And will be back next June.

Sea views from living room and front bedroom. Balconies to living room and two bedrooms. Air con units to all living areas. Spacious accommodation. Private covered parking bay. Communial pool which was in the shade from mid afternoon onwards when we visited (September). Hot tub is located on private terrace on the roof. 5 minutes or so walk into town centre and about 10 minute walk to the beach. Towels, including beach towels were provided. All in all a lovely stay. We had a wonderful stay in the apartment - perfectly positioned for a walk into Polis for dinner or a wander down the beach path into Latchi. The private roof area is great for sunbathing but for us the highlight was watching the beautiful sunsets over the sea from the hot tub in the evenings.

My husband and I have just had a lovely 2 week stay at the apartment. As we lead busy lives it was the perfect quiet holiday. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and the roof top Hot Tub was an added bonus. A short walk to the local town was all on the flat - good for disabled people and as the apartment complex has a lift it would be great for anyone with mobility problems. Morag the owner was a pleasure to deal with and her agent in the resort, Jackie, was attentive and very helpful. The views over the sea and mountains were magnificent and the town had everything we needed. The resort is quiet - if you are looking for a busy nightlife you wont find it in Polis but as the advert for the apartment states it is perfect for a quiet, get away from it all break in beautiful surroundings. This was a lovely apartment: very spacious and well equipped. It was very peaceful - away from the town centre but handy enough to pop in for shops/meals. The roof terrace was a real bonus, just great to have your own space - with amazing views of the coastline too. Morag was very helpful with any queries and information provided was very useful. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Appartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need abit like home from home........ 3 balconies with stunning views and the rooftop terrace with the hot-tub is a massive bonus....... Swimming pool is not massive but does the trick and there's plenty of room for loungers on the rooftop and around the pool..... Cannot fault this lovely appartment or it's surroundings and would deffo stay here again, the four of us had a really relaxing 2wks in the sun...... Big thanx to Alan and Jackie who were on hand for various things .......

My boyfriend and I arrived at the apartment and were instantly impressed. It is spacious, clean and has amazing views. The pool is small but adequate and the jacuzzi on the roof top terrace is a wonderful bonus. We loved Polis. A small town with a good range of restaurants. We would love to return one day. And will defiantly recommend it to our friends.

we had the most enjoyable holiday at sunrise apartments, the hot tub was a bonus with music and lights built in ideal for star watching.the apartment is well equiped with every thing we needed and more.the views from one balcony gave us sunrise another sunsets and in between stuning mountain and coastal vistas.Remote control air con and ceiling fans keep the apartment comfortable.polis restaurants are close enough to walk to arsinoes fish tavern and finikas servedthe most remarkable meals, we will be returning to sunrise hopefully next year...

We have just returned from a really great, relaxing week in this wonderful apartment. It is perfectly placed among fields and orange groves to give a very peaceful environment, while being only ten minutes walk to Polis town square with all its bars and restaraunts. Whats more the views from the apartment sweep down to the sea, also just a short walk away. We really enjoyed having the use of the private roof terrace and the hot tub was perfect for watching the sun go down. The apartment itself was of a very high quality with very comfy beds and everything you could need for a great holiday. Morag arrnged transfers for us from and to Paphos Airport by Jackie and Alan, who were great and very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and hope to return soon.

Very nice apartment with lovely mountain and sea views from the roof terrace. Hot tub a bonus in the evenings on the private roof terrace watching the stars. Location is good with the main square close and the beach within walking distance. Will be staying here again.

I have stayed serveral times now in this beautiful appartement of Morag and it has always made me come back! Placed on the edgde of the little village of Polis, surrounded by fields and orange trees, it is just set in a perfect quiet place within easy walking distance to everthing you may need. Waking up you can see the sun rising from behind the mountains out of your bedroom window, having breakfast and dinner you will be blessed with constant sea view and in the evening you can watch the sun go by from the large roof terrace while having a relaxation- bath in the warm jacuzzi and a glass of wine. Shouldn´t the sun be shining all day the inside of the appartement it´s just very comfortable tastefully decorated with furniture of a very high standard, nice paintings on the wall, a fully equipped kitchen and three balconies you can even sit on reading and/ or relaxing when it is raining outside because they are all roofed. For me it this place already feels like home and it is a perfect get-away for longer or shorter trips within this lovely North-West area of Crysochous Bay on my favourite island of Cyprus!!

This is a basic apartment, the spa had broken jets, and the fans in the apartment didn't work efficiently. One large balcony the others had only standing room, no loungers provided for the pool area, you have to carry them off the roof terrace down two flights of stairs then into the lift, the pool I have to say was filthy, there was a dark dirty line round the water line, the road next to the building was so fast, busy and loud I wouldn't call it a peaceful area.

The apartment is in a great location; Polis has a good choice of restaurants and facilities but it is not over developed. There are great views and the beach is an easy ten minute walk. The apartment is well maintained and well equipped. The hot tub is the only thing up on the roof so it is very good for a peaceful, relaxing time. There are many interesting places to visit within easy driving distance; Akamas, Troodos and Pomos (good for snorkelling) are all easy to get to.
