La villa se encuentra a sólo 2 minutos a pie de la recientemente construida Los Balcones parque con varios campos de fútbol, cancha de baloncesto, mesas de ping pong, además de una zona de juegos para niños grandes y zonas verdes, en 4 minutos a pie es un gran supermercado, varios restaurantes, bares, cafeterías y tiendas. Elección de 5 Playas en 10.5 minutos en coche (o 10 minutos en autobús). El alojamiento villa se encuentra en 3 niveles (ver detalles más abajo) no hay aire acondicionado completo a todas las habitaciones, Internet WIFI, TV con canales en inglés / noruego, mesa de ping-pong, piscina privada con piscina de comedor / hamacas, en la parte trasera de la propiedad es una gran zona de comedor con sombra privado con barbacoa y nevera para bebidas. La villa está amueblada con un estándar cómodo de alta calidad.

The villa had everything you could possibly need with so much space both in and out. The outdoor eating area was a favourite of ours, as well as the pool, which was so warm. The villa was very well equipped and was a home from home. The TVs were perfect for when it was too hot and we needed to cool down and the boys loved the basement area.
The area around was very quiet with two supermarkets just a short walk away and there were some bars and restaurants very close by. The bus stop was a couple of minutes walk away, though the buses were never on time
The villa owners were really helpful when we needed to stay a little longer due to flight times and I got an immediate answer to any questions I had.
Overall, we loved the villa and had a great holiday!

We had a great time staying in this property. There was everything you could possibly need. We had a couple of minor issues but these were sorted immediately. I can’t fault the property manager, she responded instantly to any questions.

Words cannot express how happy we were when we arrived and had a look around the villa . The amenities were just what we needed for a week's holiday . The villa was lovely and clean and very well maintained , the pool was fantastic lovely late night dips to cool off .
Location is ideal great park areas for the children to play . Los Balcones has a good bus service into Torrievieja town and beaches , the bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk from the villa . We had a great day at the water park kids loved it , us adults found it too busy but then you expect it during peak season .
The filton centre had a good range of bars & restaurants - Chinese, English , Indian & Spanish
There are also two super markets within walking distance
We would certainly rent this exact villa again if we return to this area
