Estamos frente a Sound, unidad superior de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños con mirador compartido, muelle y su propio resbalón de bote. Cocina bien equipada con rincón para comer con una gran vista de Banks Channel junto con un comedor separado. Disfruta de crucero
Banks Channel, pesca, pesca de cangrejos o simplemente relajarse en la glorieta viendo el atardecer! La espaciosa área de césped es perfecta para un juego de croquet o un picnic por la tarde. Construido en 1913, nuestra casa conserva su antiguo encanto Wrightsville Beach, pero se ha actualizado con las comodidades modernas. Siéntese y oscile en el porche frente a S. Lumina, justo al otro lado de la calle estrecha y tranquila de un acceso a la playa. No fumar ni mascotas. Resbalón de barco de 21 pies. Debido a que la mayoría de las familias programan vacaciones, los reservaciones durante los meses de verano son de sábado a sábado, 7 noches en verano y 3 noches de septiembre a mediados de mayo. La mayoría de nuestros clientes dicen que estamos en el lugar perfecto. A pasos del sonido y el océano, además de un corto paseo hasta el centro de Wrightsville.

This was truly a gem of a beach cottage. The cottage was clean and cozy. We had the pleasure of meeting Rick the Property owner, he was a true gentleman. He is very responsive if you have any issue during your stay. The location to us was wonderful. Walk to the beach on a nice beach path located on vacant lot in front of the house. Beautiful lawn area to sit and enjoy the views of the sound and the boats passing by. Very short walk to the Oceanic pier and restaurant. There is also a coffee and surf shop. Not too far of a walk to down town Wrightsville. We definitely plan on staying at this property in the future!

The owners were very responsive from the time we booked. This is a very nice house and we had a great time. The location gives easy access to enjoy sunsets each night. We loved it here.

A beautiful, charming home brimming with character! The channel access was relaxing and perfect for launching paddle boards. Also great for soaking up sun and sunsets, and the Comet Neowise. The ocean access was ideal for surfing and beach picnics. The house has plenty of room, it’s comfortable, and the location was perfect. Rick and Mimi were very accommodating to our needs. We will be back!

After graduating from UNCW back in the early 90's I had fond memories of my days spent at Wrightsville Beach. The original cottages dotted along Lumina Ave. facing Banks Channel. The new development of the area has replaced many of the quaint original cottages with massive beach homes. This property was a perfect original!!! You can feel the history in this home. A perfect place to kick your shoes off on the porch and sit back and relax. Offers the best of the ocean and the sound. Rick and Mimi were absolutely wonderful and accommodating!!! A great place at a great value...don't expect to come down to granite countertops and brand new amenities, but if originality is of importance, this is your place. This home is what made Eastern NC a destination of choice...Rick and Mimi are what southern hospitality is all about.
