This is the second time we've stayed at this Villa and we absolutely love it! The beach is steps outside the neighborhood and there are multiple places to eat and have beverages! We will definitely book again!

This location is amazing. The neighborhood is adorable and pristine and a 2 minute walk to restaurants and the beach. The villa has everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

This house is warm and inviting. Very clean with everything you need. Plenty of space. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. My friend and I were able to walk to beach and restaurants. Owner stopped what she was doing on her vacation to answer questions and make sure our stay was the best it could be.

The villa complex was built in the early 70’s and the entire property is manicured and kept up nicely. The pool is outstanding with an 8 foot deep end. The location is perfect… one can walk to all the great restaurants and bars as well as a quick jaunt over to the beach… Would certainly book again…

Cute little place. Bathroom updated. Lot of furniture and kitchen fully stocked. WALK EVER WHERE!!! To the beach, pool, which was amazing, and lots of restaurants. Would stay again!

This was such a wonderful property! Small, but perfect for us! The community was well kept with nice landscaping, and everything was so clean! The pool was huge and sparkling, and not crowded at all. Everything was in walking distance of our cottage, but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful! The cottage itself was clean and had most everything we needed, including beach umbrellas and chairs! The only issue we had was that the air-conditioner kept giving us problems, but the owner of the property was always ready to help us out!
I would totally recommend this property…we’re already thinking of going back!

The house was perfect for our family. Nothing fancy, but well equipped. Everything we needed for our vacation. Quiet, large pool. 0.3 mile walk to the public beach. 1.25 miles to Stump Pass Park, the water was crystal clear. Found our first ever shark teeth (100 of them!) Sandbar, across the street, had live music daily. Already talking about going back.

Perfect location! Close to the beach and the pool was a great bonus. It’s also a super quiet neighborhood which is also a plus! Will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area!

property is in good location, 10 min walk to ocean, big and clean swimming pool, but on time of our arival didn't look like it was good cleaning, range was durty, sheets and blankets were not clean, there wasn't even smell of detergent on it, and sheets didn't fit beds. Behind the couch dust looked like a few years old. But everything else was good.

Second time in this wonderful community. It so nice to walk everywhere! Great pool. The house was perfect and super comfortable. Erin was so sweet and easy to work with.

This was a great rental and we really enjoyed our stay. Its a beautiful villa and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and in walking distance to everything. The owner was very nice and let us stay a extra hour when checking out (our son was sick the night before). We would definitely stay here again 😊

If you are not looking for anything fancy, this is a comfortable little place in a quiet 55+ community that is within walking distance to the beach and several very good restaurants. There is a lot to do within a very short distance. The pool was great and never crowded! The owner is very quick to respond to questions. We would definitely go there again!

Great rental villa, clean, comfortable, quiet community, very convenient to everything, 5 min walk to beach, restaurants, convenient stores and nice clean beautiful beach.
The agent I spoke with regarding the rental, Ms Moran was exceptional in every way.

The place is walking distance from the beach. About a 10 minute walkThe house could use a good cleaning. We cleaned a few things. Carpet in bedrooms needs to go. Updating is crucial

Just a perfect place couldn’t have had a better post pandemic vacation! Just a short walk to the Beach and an even shorter walk to the pool! Three nice restaurants within very close walking distance and just couldn’t recommend the Englewood Beach area more highly. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

We had an unfortunate water heater fail, but the management handled the situation quickly and efficiently. We were inconvenienced for only a short amount of time. The communication was excellent!We enjoyed our time at the unit, close to everything we wanted to do as a family! Love the Englewood Beach area to get away from it all.

This little house isn't fancy, but it had what we needed and it was clean and in reasonably good condition. The location is great--just across the street from Englewood Beach, and a mile down the road from Stump Pass State Park (we rode our bikes there several times). The community pool is very nice--well heated and clean. Erin, the owner of the house, was very helpful and responsive.
