So many good things to say about this property! This charming old house has been renovated perfectly. It had the perfect blend of old and new. The back yard is a wonderful place to kick back and relax in your choice of space; dining area, two different couch areas, loungers by the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you will need to make a proper meal. A/C was great in all rooms! Beds, showers, etc were all great! Parking is always available, and free, right in front of the house. The location of this property is also a highlight. Nothing on the island is more than an hour away. Palma and many beaches are within 20-30 minutes drive. The town of Villafranca is, in my opinion, perfect. It has everything you need a well stocked supermarket, a couple bars and restaurants, a yummy bakery, pharmacy, tobacco shop, and a few shops. All of these are a 2-5 minute easy walk from the house. Bonus this is a real local village, we only ran into one other set of tourists. Loved being able to get away from all the travelers on the island and experience local life. The hosts were very responsive and even treated us with some local treats upon arrival! Recommend this place 100% and will come back next time I’m in Mallorca!

Amazing house right in the middle of the village. Very easy to reach the motorway too when needed. Small supermarket in the village with all the essentials, but larger ones about 5 minutes away by car.
House itself was perfect for us, everything worked and was very well stocked! Had a couple of BBQs and just really enjoyed the house and our time in Mallorca overall.
