フロントすぐ横にコーヒー無料の機械があり、アイス用に氷を入れていて少しこぼしてしまった。スタッフ二人がいたが見て見ぬふり、これは優しさなのかな？とも思ったのだが、離れた後すぐさま拾いこぼしを拾いに来た姿を見て残念におもった。 ホテルのせいではないが、周囲の路上にごみが多くて汚い、いろんなところに行ったがこんなに汚れているところは見たことがない。

房間偏小，但是設備應有儘有。 到了晚上，附近多居酒屋，多混雜年輕喝酒人群，馬路上及人行道比較髒亂。

トイレとバスが別でベッドも広く良かった。 アメニティも充実、コーヒーも美味しかった。

お風呂の時に脱衣したものの置き場に困った。 ツインの場合欲しい

역과 가깝고 가성비 좋음.. 뷰도 시티뷰 관람차 보여서 좋았음. 로컬에게 들었는데 1층 차이니스레스토랑 맛집이라고 들었음. 체크아웃날 들어서 가보지 못함. 도보권에 랜드마크, 맛집 많음. 재방문의사 100% 시설도 청결도도 나무랄데 없음. 생수1병 줌ㅋㅋ

親切的服務態度，地點也很棒，在地鐵榮站1號或8號（有電扶梯）出口附近，附近吃的也多，樓下轉角就是超商；雖然沒有提供早餐，但熱咖啡、可可都可以自行取用，茶水間也有微波爐可使用，真的很方便。大廳有許多備品，舉凡洗髮、沐浴、化妝水、卸妝、入浴劑、浴鹽耳塞、髮帶、牙線....等等，都可以自行取用。 如果有再來名古屋，一定會再選擇這裡，CP值高！

房間真的稍微小了一點，大行李箱要攤開有一點點困難，但瑕不掩瑜。

Hotel is in a great spot for dinner, there are great eats pretty much in every direction. It's also within walking distance of Nagoya Station (~20 mins) and Nagoya Castle (~18 mins) The room is a shoebox for sure, but the space wasn't wasted and it didn't feel claustrophobic. Excellent value for money.

(Very minor gripe) The water pressure from the shower head was a bit low.

位置超好，地鐵站一出來就是唐吉軻德，再往前走沒多久右轉就到飯店了，附近餐廳跟逛街的地方也很夠

入住雙床房的房型，房間真的滿小的，清潔度有待加強

The staff are nice and the location is good. There is a convenient store next to ours and a Donki store a few minutes walk.

駅近で近くにドンキやコンビニ、飲食店も多くアクセスがよい。 部屋は狭いが家具の配置に工夫があって物を置くのに困らなかった。 アメニティが充実しており、スタッフさんの対応もとても良かった。

治安のよくない通りに面しているので、ビル入り口によく人が溜まっていてこわかった

施設が新しく衛生的。アメニティはフロント付近に置いてあるものを自分で選んで持って行くようになっていて、入浴剤もある。ヘアアイロンが借りられるのも嬉しい。スタッフの対応も印象良かった。駅から近く、ドンキもコンビニもデパートも近いので便利。

クローゼットの高さがなく、長いコートは掛けられなかった。ただ妥協出来るライン。

繁華街から近く良かった

ベッドにもお風呂上がりの浴衣にも髪の毛が付いていた。また、浴槽の上の換気扇には埃が溜まっているし、浴槽の止水ゴムも汚れていた。またシャワーカーテンも臭かった。

The location was great, really close to Sakae station and Oasis 21, but definitely in the middle of a party and shopping area. Although the room was quiet, that sort of environment might not be for everyone. The rooms were nicer and more updated than some similarly priced hotels that I've stayed in. Check-in and check-out were easy. There was a small fridge in the double room. We were a couple sharing the cheapest double room, so it was a bit small, but since we don't live too far away we didn't have much luggage. If you have big luggage you'll want to upgrade your room size.

We asked for two more pillows (one more each) but they only let us have one extra. I'm not sure if the hotel was really booked up or what, but it seemed a bit stingy. The headboard of the bed is a kind of useful big shelf space, but if you are just hanging out for a bit it was sort of uncomfortable, so two pillows would've helped. Plus, allergies and congestion while sleeping make two pillows much more comfortable for some folks. Also, the elevator always stops on the third floor (reception) even after you've got your room key and use it to push your floor number. I guess it's probably some safety feature? Anyway, the elevators were pretty fast so it wasn't a huge deal, just a bit annoying.

Very clean, comfortable and great location, near to Sakae Station which is the downtown of Nagoya.

The area is near the nightclub, but it’s safe. Just might get a little noisy at night.

アメニティが豊富でスキンケア用品を持参しなくても 良いのが非常に助かりました。静かで清潔でゆったり 過ごせました。

12階だったからなのかWiFiがほぼ繋がらなくて不便でした。充電ケーブルが置いてなかったので持参して良かったです。

Great location, great staff, and an amazing property clean rooms. The staff were always happy to provided recommendations and suggestions when inquired about places to eat and see. Despite the property being in the city’s nightlife area, I had no trouble sleeping as there was no noise disturbing my sleep.

Ich fand es schwierg das Hotel zu finden und von der U-bahn mit einen grossen Koffer war nicht ideal. Es gab kein Fruehstieckspaket angeboten.

・24時前のチェックインでも3Fへ行くのにインターホンで呼び出し必要だった。 ・3Fで上行きボタンで到着したELVにのるとで1Fに降りてしまった ・3Fで下行きボタンで到着したELVにのるとで8Fにあがってしまった
