It was clean.
1. The Mattress was horrible, we ached everywhere.
2. It sounded like our bed stood on the freeway!
3. The breakfast was underwhelming. The oatmeal was watery and cold.

Access to property was convenient.
Would have been nice if maid would clean floors and carpets. Room was pet friendly, but pet hair and various items/food were scattered around the edges of the room. Entry access was spotty at best and failed to work at all the last two days of stay, causing visitors to go around to the front entrance. Other items require maintenance as well. Time for some cleaning and repairs before it becomes a dump.

Great location, kind staff.
There was an odor in our room the entire stay, it smelled like someone had thrown a dirty diaper away and the smell lingered and when we you opened the cabinet the entire room smelled. We tried to get another trash can to help with the odor but that never happened

I needed to fill my water bottle and the dispenser in the gym was empty, the lady at the front desk said she couldn’t lift a new bottle so she didn’t fill it up and offered me only a 12 ounce bottle of water when my bottle is 64 ounces ..

The room was great, the ammenities inside the room were great.
Inside my room upon arrival there was an open bag of candy that was not trashed by cleaning crew. The hotel takes $250 incidental hold without telling you. And they dont release it right after you check out like all other hotels do. A hot tube would be nice.

I didn't like the fact they they accidentally charged the 250 deposit twice for a total of 500 and it will take five days to get my money back
