Este moderno de 2 dormitorios, 1 3/4 baños condominio se encuentra en el corazón de Montelago Village. Está muy bien situado en la planta del vestíbulo, con vistas a dos hermosas piscinas y patio. La cocina está equipada con asientos para seis. Hay una habitación de matrimonio, un dormitorio de matrimonio y un sofá cama en la sala para dar cabida dormir para seis personas. Una lavadora combinación / secadora también se incluye para su conveniencia. Por favor, avísenme si sus fechas preferidas no están disponibles, ya que también somos dueños de otra propiedad en Viera que puede acomodarlo.

Beds are very comfortable.
Need to bring own towels. Felt like drying off with sand paper. Kitchen is ok stocked but no seasonings or anything (I don’t say this as a negative just knowledge)
Not five stars are because of towels, bedding, and the pool and sauna were down. We were told it was just a footbridge. Implying short walk. That is not the case. We rented this place for the hot tub and unfortunately had to drive to it. Not entirely hosts fault as repair being done but frustrating and refund offered was very small amount or future use in a place I don’t visit. Personally the offer off a future rental should have been offered off this one.

Over and beyond my expectations.
Our stay was memorable and unique. My friends who stayed with us who travelled from Asia were all praises and compliments about the property and the general location. Having travelled in Europe and other places, both remarked that your property equaled, if not better than the places they have visited.
We will definitely return and make some more memories in this place.

Property is fine. Unfortunately, after booking and three days prior to stay the owner advised pool was closed for repair; too late to cancel and find alternative... Roto hammers all day for 2 of the 4 days...
I notified the owner of my displeasure. The owner offered -20% for my next stay if booked now and advised that given it was cold outside; I wouldn't have used the deck or pool anyway, and "the noise from the hammers was quieter inside" duh!
Then the owner pointed out that "I already had a good deal". Wow, who knew!
Ha! Nice Job... tell your customers how they should feel better when you caused the problem... then offer to rent to them again!

Great location for us. We wanted something nice away from the busyness of Vegas. Easy drive to Tropicana where we parked and then walked the strip. Highly recommend this property.

The family really enjoyed our stay at this property. We arrived Saturday 12/9 and departed 12/15, watched 2 Raider games and played rounds of golf at Reflection Bay Resort. Conveniently located to many great restaurants and whatever Las Vegas had to offet, would highly recommend this property.

Lovely unit. Clean & convenient to community restaurants & shops all within walking distance. Appreciated step in showers as my husband is disabled. Toilets are lower non ADA height but he brought his raised toilet seat so no worries. Beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. The communication from the host was perfect from beginning to end. We were informed of all of the check in information prior to the arrival date. Upon arrival we found everything as advertised in the listing. The condo is nice with comfortable furnishings & very tasteful decor. There were toiletries in both restrooms & coffee and tea in the kitchen when we arrived. The refrigerator has filtered water which was awesome. In addition to plenty of bath towels there were a couple beach towels available for use at the hot tub.
The area is great as well with a cute courtyard, restaurants & shops. We enjoyed a quick meal at the laid back Pub and one morning visited Mrs. Coco which we definitely recommend for an epic hot cocoa if you enjoy that or have children. We visited the little grocery store as well for a few items like creamer, cereal, bananas, and some drinks.
Last but not least is the little balcony with a nice place to sut to take your coffee. There is a view in the distance of the mountains and it also overlooks the pools. If you are lucky the resident Hummingbirds will fly over to greet you each time you come ourside and sit down. It was very cool. We loved our stay and would love to visit again in the summertime so as to take advantage of the awesome pools, lake, paddleboarding, etc. One last thing to mention...we left a stuffie at the unit and Nancy offered to mail it free of charge. A great experience all around. A+

I was happy with the property and everything was in great order. The two rooms were comfortable and spacious. I just loved the sheets in the 2nd room; they felt luxurious! The deck was nice and a great place to clear my head. Check-in was easy and Nancy was very responsive in her communications before I arrived. Her on-site manager was able to answer all my questions too. I like that the property was so close to the Lake Las Vegas eateries and stores. It's always nice to stay around the lake. Thank you to Nancy!!

We have rent this amazing Condo a few times, we always feel very comfortable and every time we come back we notice is recently painted or new furniture so it’s always very pleasant stay.
The pool is amazing, everything super clean, so we can’t ask for more.

We were here just a few days- then came rains from Hurricane Hilary lol! Kids got to swim first day… perfect view from deck - just feet from pool. Hummingbirds flying all around the trees. Super quiet inside and out. Super clean and stocked. Loved washer/dryer combo to clean clothes before heading home. Cooked several meals - worked great. 2 types of coffee machines- brilliant! TV in both bedrooms and living so when raining, everyone is happy. Parking garage one floor down- perfect & easy to use. We shopped at the grocery store next to the building and the cute little Italian bakery for breakfast. Tall ceilings, very comfy beds.. only suggestion - for the pull out bed- perhaps an egg crate mattress topper would help make it more comfortable- just keep it in the laundry closet rolled up perhaps? But yes- 5 stars! Family of 5 - it was great for us! Love from Iowa—-

Some shops are empty.
Things we are interested in. That was really bad. Especially for the kids.

Very nice location and property. Well furnished and supplied and very quiet. Great having restaurants and a grocery store within a 3 minute walk.

The two bedroom unit was comfortable and convenient for my family. Good location for day trips to Vegas Strip or hiking in Red Rock Canyon.
Complex felt like it is mostly rental units, so (in December) we were lucky to have the heated pool mostly to ourselves.
