Nothing to say about it

About a day before arriving in Cebu, someone who representing this condominium wrote to me through Booking that my reservation was cancelled. However, technically the reservation remained and was not cancelled. This “someone” motivated the cancellation of the reservation by the fact that I did not immediately respond to his message. When I said that I would come to his hotel with the police because of this attitude towards clients, they offered me a replacement. Instead of two rooms for five adults and two children, one room for seven people. I agreed because I no longer had the opportunity to make another booking and was losing money. When I arrived, instead of beds, there were mattresses laid on the floor waiting for me. it was an amazing and shocking experience. I have not seen such attitude towards users anywhere in the Philippines. And finally the funniest thing. At the end they asked me to write a positive review about my condo. This is the most positive review I've had the opportunity to write. I think that even ratings of 1 are too much for them.

It was in good location and the Staff were great

It was too expensive for what it was. You have to pay a fee for your guests to use the facilities, also there was a limit on how many guests can come so you could have have a groups of friends over.

when the heater is on, it grounded the shower head and the faucet.

The place is really fancy. What you see is what you get!

Paid double just for cleaning fee. It’s too much for just one night stay.
