De jongens bij de receptie waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam met name mbt parkeren van de auto. Het ligt echt midden in het centrum. Omdat onze kamer zover weg lag, had je in ieder geval geen last van rumoer.
Het ontbijt was zeer karig en niet echt vers. De kamer was ronduit vies, ik ben een bezem gaan halen bij de receptie omdat de vloer echt smerig was. Overal haren en andere rommel. Badkamer was ook niet schoon. Ik zie in de omschrijving dat ze speciale kamers hebben voor mensen met allergieën, nou die heb je dan ook wel nodig. Ook was het een hele tour om bij je kamer te komen, denk dat we het hele hotel moesten doorlopen om er te komen.

The location is excellent for walking to everything on a wish list to see and do in Ronda. Having on-site valet parking is a total plus as well. We were treated exceptionally well by all the staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant to the valet. We needed some extra care for a friend who had had a fall one rainy day. Everyone went out of their way to ensure she had everything she asked for and needed.
We liked everything about this property. Absolutely no complaints.

El trato del personal excelente, solicitamos cuna para el bebé y al llegar a la habitación estaba instalada junto a una bañerita. El desayuno variado con mucha fruta y diferentes tipos de pan. El hotel está a un paso de todo
El colchón era bastante incómodo y las almohadas muy finas, hacía mucha calor en la habitación incluso apagando la calefacción.

Great location for exploring Ronda.
Checkin took a long time however this was due to a large group arriving in front of us.

Nice room cleaned daily, had to stop room cleaners getting in 3 times in one day. Came back after a night on the piss and tried to pry the automatic doors open with my bare hands and staff didn't make too much of an issue when they pointed out I only needed to wave at reception

The hotel was far better than I expected from the photos. The room was spacious, and the location was great.
Just an FYI, if you need a towel for the pool, you need to leave a €12 cash deposit per towel, and the taxi to the pool is around €12 each way. The pool was worth the trip as it was really peaceful.

The hotel is very comfortable for a family stay in Ronda, located in a short walking distance from the Ronda bridge and its main viewpoints. The park and playground is also just in 5-7min on foot. The breakfast is very assorted, plenty of fresh fruit. SENSUR Gastrobar of the hotel is highly recommended for dinner. Tasting amazingly fresh and soft octopus tencacle and chocolate cake accompanied by house wine is a must have there.

it was very comfortable we went to Ronda for the night and the hotel was perfect breakfast was limited but there was lots of everything you could need.and for the price good value.

Great location beside the bull ring and only 100m from Puente Nuevo. Clean, nicely modernised rooms with modern bathroom. Juliet balcony overlooking bullring was nice.
Breakfast too expensive at €16 with many good breakfast cafes locally which we used.

Location was good - central to all the sights. Breakfast was okay. If you are using the car park, get the porter to park and bring up your car, as the car park is impossible to drive in
