From someone who loves NYC & visited Milan for the 1st time I was impressed. The city is so much cleaner than NYC and it felt so much safer.
The apartment is in a great location. It was so spacious and clean. The host has a full stocked kitchen and tea bags which were an extra touch.
Manuela met us in the courtyard and showed us how to use the elevator and keys.
When I come back to Milan I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed 7 nights and overall found the apartment very comfortable, clean and in a wonderful location. Just close enough to the Duomo but just enough away from all the crazy crowds. The neighborhood has good selection of restaurants and supermarkets are close as well. We have 2 issues with the apartment, it is very noisy due to the street cars the run past the unit and this is a constant noise even in the middle of the night. The second issue was the shower door in the main bathroom was broken so you could not use it. This was very bad and when we notified the landlord they explained parts were missing and on order but were not available for our stay. They offered no adjustments and we found that very disappointing and misleading.

Wow what a great place. Firstly I would thank them for our late check in as our train was cancelled and we arrived at 11pm. We still were provided with personal check in and shown the apartment. The apartment was fantastic great location and everything is exactly like the pictures on the web it’s. We had great communication from them all through. If I am ever in Milan again I’ll stay here plenty of room for the 4 of us. If you are family I would book this place very safe around. The only thing was the trams outside at night are a little noisy but they did not stop us from sleeping beds a great. By the way.

The very spacious apartment is outside the tourist hustle which was perfect with a delicious pizza and nice restaurant on same street and near a corner easy for transports. Owners were very responsive during our stay and check out was super easy. As noted in some other reviews, the second bedroom A/C doesn’t cool quite like the other rooms but it did work. Master bath was enormous making getting dressed much easier!

What a great trip in Milan. The apartment is very well located with access to tram and metro which was a life saver for our day trips to other cities in Italy. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops within 20 min walk. Apartment handled all of our needs flawlessly. comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms and enough space for my teenage daughter to ignore us in. Nico and the staff always responded timely to our questions and were so kind and helpful from the beginning. Very fair pricing when you take into account the location and value for money. My only regret is not spending more time in the apartment and the local neighborhood. With so much to see in Milan and Italy we spent most of the time out and about and really the only time we were in the apartment was when we were getting ready, eating or counting sheep. Next time I come to Milan I will stay no where else. Thanks Nico and team for everything. We miss you!

Gorgeous apartment in wonderful location. Check in was well organized with Emanuela and Charles and all information was very helpful. The apartment was huge and spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Milan. Many thanks !

This was our first stay in Milan, and this perfectly appointed apartment was a wonderful haven from all the hustle and bustle of the city below. It is an immaculate, airy, bright and large space, tastefully appointed with all needed amenities (though we did need instructions on how to operate an induction stove). Despite all the action on Via Torino, by simply closing the shutters and using ear plugs we slept very well on the most comfortable beds. The location is ideal for walking everywhere within 20-30 minutes. Our host Nicola was great---easy check in, always available by phone or text to help with our little glitches and questions (elevator didn't work: be sure to close both doors or you will need to walk up 4 flights!), and he was most helpful arranging transfer to the airport. We would stay here again on our next trip to Milan. Great urban vibe, yet a quiet retreat at the end of a busy day being a tourist! Thank you, Nicola.

What a great apartment. Modern and spacious. 10 minutes to Metro and Duomo and Galleria. Lots of shops and a couple of supermarkets very close. Plenty of eateries all around. Special mention to Charles the porter downstairs. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful trip. Our roomy accommodations were just off Torino so we were 10 minutes from the Duomo and many wonderful places. We were near a wonderful transit system (trams out front and the excellent metro system accessible at the Duomo station). Also, we enjoyed wonderful train access to places like Como and Pavia
Any time we had a question of our hosts the response was immediate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing experience with this rental and these hosts. The location is incredible, a beautiful walk to so, so many things you will want to see. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds are especially comfortable which I really appreciate. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would love to come again!

What a Wonderful experience renting Nico’s condo. He was in touch prior to our arrival and was very responsive to any questions we had. The unit was very clean and spacious and in a central location. We were able to walk to the Domo, the subway, the canal area and many restaurants and shopping. We would definitely come back. Ciao Milano until we meet again.

Apartment was great. Upside was Proximity to city life was great. However Tram tracks right outside window running all night was VERY loud and even vibrated/rumbled in the apartment.

Great stay! Would love to stay there again!
Great central location. We walked everywhere. Full kitchen with everything you need, including nespresso machine. We didn’t have a car, so this was okay. If we had, there would be a problem with the parking, because of the city center limitations. Nico is very nice host, positive and easy going. There is a washer machine in the apartment, that was nice, but no dryer. Give yourself some time to dry clothes on the rack. Overall it was everything we needed for the family of 5. Bright clean beautiful modern apartment in the center of Milan.

This apartment is very large, great for families with beautifully updated bathrooms, comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. We also hired car service for airport pick-up which was top notch.

Huge, updated apartment near everything
This apartment is very large, great for families with beautifully updated bathrooms, comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. It is close to all the major attractions, numerous restaurants and grocery stores but is on a main street. Our only issue was the noise from the street, which is very busy and has street cars running into the night. The communication with Nico was terrific and check in was very easy. We also hired car service for airport pick-up which was top notch.

Very nice apartment, clean and close to walk around main attractions.
Chairs and tablecloth in the kitchen can be improved , a couple of extra throws will be nice , overall a great expirience.

Great place, great location.
Spacious nicely appointed unit. Great location Close to all sights,. Public transportation is abundant, but no need. You can walk to all the sights. Elena met us at the unit and provided us with some great local knowledge. Most of the best places to eat, have aperitivo and shop are right out your door!!

El alojamiento es muy bueno. Muy bien situado, limpio, espacioso y con todo lo necesario. Llegamos 1 hora más tarde de lo previsto y no nos pusieron ninguna pega . Un super séjour entre amis au cœur de Milan
Séjour d'une semaine entre amis (6) très sympathique. L'appartement est très bien situé et permet de se rendre à pieds à tous les principaux lieux de la ville. Le logement est agréable et offre tout le confort nécessaire. De plus Nicola est très disponible. Excellent rapport qualité/prix !

Very nice, very clean apartment. Conveniently located just a few blocks from the Duomo. Many excellent restaurants and gelaterias in the neighborhood. Communication with the owner was easy. Highly recommended.

Fantastic home away from home!
Our stay at the San Lorenzo apartment in central Milan was excellent! Great location for experiencing so ouch of what Milan has to offer from the trams to food and shopping. The beds are comfortable and the entire condo is clean and spacious. It was great to have two bathrooms, both with above average showers. Next time we come to Milan, we will look to stay in this condo.

Excellent location and prompt and attentive service
Our group of 4 had an excellent stay in the penthouse unit on the 5th floor. We were upgraded from our original unit a few days in advance of arriving due to a mechanical issue in our original unit. The only downside was that the penthouse unit had only one bathroom for 2 couples, but not a major deal. The penthouse terrace was really lovely. The beds were very comfortable. And the AC worked well. The bathroom was recently renovated with an extra large rain shower head. Lots of hot water. Manuela who checked us in was fantastic. She called a special larger taxi van for us on departure and everything worked out perfectly. 4.5 out of five for sure. Would recommend this accommodation.

Nice Apartment in the heart of Milan
The apartment is very nice. Furniture is clean, the kitchen is well equipped. Air conditioned.
The owners are pleasant and nice.
The only thing I don't like is the elevator even though it is a piece of history ( it was built during WW1.
in general I recommend it for families.

Perfect location, great place!
Nicola's apartment is marvelous. The property is modern, comfortable and centrally located to take advantage of all the city has to offer. My husband and our two teen boys thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood, with its close proximity to the key sights in Milan and amazing cafes and restaurants. Nicola is a great communicator, handling our inquiries promptly. Every detail needed for our visit was covered in her handy guidebook, and we took advantage of many of her recommendations. We would definitely both recommend her place to friends and book it again if (when!) we return.
