Esta adorable cabaña independiente se encuentra en el corazón del West End de Provincetown en Commercial Street y es perfecta para una persona o una pareja. El diseño consta de una sala principal, una cocina de galera y un baño. En la sala principal encontrarás una cama de tamaño completo, una pequeña mesa de comedor y dos sillas de comedor. La cocina de la cocina consiste en una estufa de dos quemadores, microondas, refrigerador pequeño y fregadero. La cocina también tiene una cafetera, tostadora, ollas, sartenes, utensilios, etc. Hay televisión por cable y un sistema de audio al que puede conectar su iPod o teléfono, así como wifi. Hay una nueva unidad de pared de CA incorporada que se acaba de agregar en febrero. La ubicación de la cabaña está en el punto donde Commercial Street se convierte en residencial.

Really enjoyed our stay here for a weekend getaway. Right on commercial st so close to everything. Cozy and just what we needed.

Situated steps from Joon restaurant made our first day meal even that much easier! Very quiet area in the evening for sleeping though a 2 minute walk starts to bring you into the hustle and bustle of Provincetown, a perfect mix. The room has a nice open kitchen and all you need to get by, make coffee and toast in the AM. We will be back.

My partner and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend. The pictures are accurate, but it feels even cozier once you’re there! The space is large enough for a couple and has just about everything you’d need for even a week long stay. The location is also perfect - right in the middle of the west end wing of ptown. While renting a bike is always encouraged, the location is so good you could probably do without it if in a pinch
We loved our stay here and the property owners were really accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our time staying at Matt and Dominick’s cottage in Ptown’s west end. The description in the listing is accurate. The cottage is about the size of a hotel room and it was very clean and comfortable. While the place doesn’t provide parking, we used the School Street lot right down the street which made for easy car access. Matt and Dominick checked in with us upon arrival and were very responsive throughout our stay. We are looking forward to staying here again!

I fully enjoyed my stay here. The location is close to all the action but far enough away to have peaceful moments while in the rental. The only drawback is having to pay for parking. Even when done cheaply parking can add up if you're staying for more than a couple days. Otherwise, this is a pretty ideal spot for a single person looking to explore the area or as a couple.

This little cottage comes with everything you need. The location is very central to the town with 5-10 minute walking from bars and shops. This was our first trip to Ptown and we overpacked, so I recommend to packing moderate to light since there is a little walk from the ferry terminal to the cottage.
The owners were very nice and we did not have much communication with them during our stay, though when we asked about getting a cab or Uber to our 2nd hotel, which was 3 miles down the road, they told us the weather was nice and to get over it and walk. Not sure if he understood how far the other hotel was, but they could have been a little more accommodating and give us a number or reference for a cab company.

Small, tight, but quaint and comfortable.
Designed and well equipped. Access in location was unbeatable. Our hosts Matt and Dominick were warm and welcoming. And their Italian restaurant Mistralino was also exceptional. We will be back!

Matt is a fantastic host and the cottage is perfect for a couple while in Ptown. It’s well outfitted with just enough furniture to be comfy but not cluttered. They have plenty of clean towels and linens and a well outfitted kitchenette. The location is absolutely perfect in Ptown’s adorable west end and very walkable to downtown or the beach. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Everything about this cottage and our stay was perfect!
The place was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was right on Commercial, but just far enough away from bars that there was no noise during our stay, and being right on Commercial was a major plus. We loved our stay, and we look very forward to staying here again!

The property is absolutely adorable. A cozy little spot just before the more active areas of Commercial Street. The cottage is well appointed and a perfect place to stay with a significant other. Hope to stay in the cottage during future visits to Provincetown.

Great location
You could not be better situated while visiting Ptown. The cottage is on Commercial, steps away from drinks, food, and entertainment. Not too noisy which was a bonus. However it is small, but it all the necessary amenities were available. A great bed, powerful shower, and a working refrigerator. Would stay there again. Only suggestion would be to have a foldaway ironing board.

Very Cute Cottage
We loved how cute and cozy this cottage was- it’s small but just enough for two people. The location was amazing, right on commercial street near shops and restaurants. The owners Matt and Dominick were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place and would definitely go back. The only downside was that we could not park our car at the cottage even though there was some space in front. So finding parking and paying for it was a bit annoying but other than that 5/5 stars! Loved it.

The perfect studio cottage for enjoying Ptown! A few blocks from the town center so it was quiet but a 5 minute walk puts you right in the retail zone. The cottage is a nice use of space, comfy bed, small kitchenette counter and plenty of glasses and silverware.

Great stay in a a cozy cottage
Overall an absolutely wonderful stay. The cottage is perfect for 1 or 2 that want to stay right in heart of commercial street with an easy walk to the bars, restaurants, and shops. Overall the cottage was clean but was missing a few small items namely hand soap, but not a huge deal. The only other warning I would give guests is that it is right on commercial street and can be noisy late light as folks head home from the bars and in the morning when delivery trucks make their way down the street. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect and would for sure recommend and look forward to a future stay.
