The view is amazing !! We had 5 other families stay in other rooms and nothing compared to our view. Everywhere in the condo u look out and see endless turquoise water and white sand! Plenty of seating area for everyone. Only issue we had is the dishwasher didn’t work while we were there. But that’s a minor fix . We had a great time

Watercrest condos have some of the biggest glass walls facing the ocean in PCB and this is one of the best floorplans in the complex maximizing ocean view with a private balcony. The condo is nicely decorated with beach theme and the kitchen has all the utensils needed. We were also provided starter supplies of toilet rolls etc. The complex is not the newest but is clean and well maintained with tennis courts and clean heated pools. The condo is in great shape and accurately represented in listing but we thought there are a few things that will make it even better. 1. The communication with property manager could be quicker, but they are honest reliable people and in the end I never had issues getting into the unit and checking out. 2. The condo does have a vacuum but it would be nice to have a swiffer or a mop to take care of cleaning sand on the vinyl floors. 3. Mood lighting in the balcony and LED lighting fixture upgrades would enhance the experience significantly. 4. Lastly kitchen and bathroom cabinets counters are in good shape, but updating them would make this condo unbeatable. Thank you for a great stay and we plan to return next year

This property has an amazing view. This property is very dated which is okay but definitely needs a deep cleaning. Baseboards are filthy with hair and dirt. There was a sweeper that picked up nothing and no broom. We go to the beach daily, sand is to be expected please provide a broom and dust pan so the renter can sweep. The extra bedroom had only sheets no quilt or comforter on either bed and the master had tears and stains on the quilt. We would only stay here again if I was assured this was in a more clean condition. We did have an issue with the sink backing up and garbage disposal not working. We let them know and it was fixed quickly which was great.

Beautiful inside and out, large and spacious, attentive management, clean and fresh. Could use updated living room furniture. Enjoyed our stay!!

The location was amazing. The view from the room was incredible because of the floor to ceiling windows. The pictures don't do the room justice, it was all around beautiful! One suggestion if you cook for yourselves would be to bring utensils (knives in particular). We had steak and there was only 1 knife, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

There were some issues with having to deal with owner over final payment and confirmation with check in information. Would have alleviated a lot of worries on traveling during holiday with not feeling unsure if confirmation was made! If VRBO did all/complete financial and check in confirmations instead of leaving it up to guest being the middle person between VRBO and owner (especially since initial contact was through VRBO) would alleviate any last minute worries (literally considered not going with no confidence in final confirmation and check in issues during a holiday!). With that being said, the condo was beautiful, spacious, and quite enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed the ocean view, all amenities offered, and was really a wonderful holiday vacation! We would definitely love to revisit this vacation location multiple times in the future! The building itself could use a bit more maintenance/upkeep, but on whole was not anywhere near anything to hamper the enjoyment of the trip! Would like to send our appreciation to all involved that made our holiday vacation one to always remember! Thank you!

The condo itself needs some updating and deep cleaning. There were not enough dish towels and bath towels, so we had to keep washing the ones we had. Also, the air conditioner quit cooling halfway into the week and we were told to flip the breaker off for a while, which did work and it began to cool again. The elevators were fast even though the place was crowded. all in all. a good stay!!

Great view, however the cleanliness of the condo was terrible. Having to come in bleach, wipe down, sweep, is not what you pay to do when you come on vacation. It was disappointing paying that much, and having to clean as soon as you arrive.

We were told check in was between 4 to 6. We drove all night and arrived at 4 but decided to get a drink at the tiki bar to give them time to clean our unit. We loaded carts and headed up at 4:30. They were still in the unit cleaning so we stood away from the unit and watched the traffic from the balcony overlooking the parking lot. A man, woman and little boy came out of our unit at 5:10. They looked very stressed. We heard the woman security guard complain about 9 housekeepers had called off. We walked into a unit that was barely surface cleaned. The floors were still filthy from sand and dirt and were sticky. We didn't have a broom in the unit so we had to buy one. No starter of any supplies except two packs of soaps in both bathrooms. No extra garbage bags, no dishwasher detergent to at least do one load, no dish cleaner, no baggies or tin foil at all. One bathroom had a quarter roll of toilet paper. We've never stayed in a condo unit with absolutely no starter supplies at all and this is the most we have ever paid for a condo on the beach. The exorbitant amount we paid to stay for the week and then having to come in and clean our own condo was unexpected and not appreciated. Our biggest complaint though was the woman security guard. We were not told in advance that wristbands were required, in fact we specifically chose Water Crest because we didn't see any reviews saying they were required like so many others. Needless to say we had words several times with just the one security guard because we refused to wear them. After 3 days of harassing us and other people, we all very well knew she knew we legitimately belonged there since she had words with not just us. We weren't even able to just sit out by the pool at night without being harassed by her. She came around several times and "reminded" us the pool closed at 10. This started at 9 and went on until we left at 9:50. Monday morning we got up to both bathroom floors being soaked. I called to report the problem. I received a call back very quickly. We left for several hours and when we returned we had no idea if someone had come in because the floors were still wet. I sent an email asking if they fixed the problem. I was directed to call a number if I wanted an answer. How about someone could have done their job and checked for me! I would never stay at Water Crest again and for sure not this unit!

This condo was just perfect for our family. We had 4 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of space for us all. Things we loved: the large balcony with lots of seating. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out there together. We loved having a large dining table for us to enjoy family meals comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment needed for our meals. We loved having a washer & dryer in the condo. The pool on site was lovely. Nice and big so it never felt too crowded. Access to the beach was close and easy. We would like to suggest getting a larger coffee maker. The small coffee maker for 4 adults was too small. And although there was a vacuum we would suggest having a broom & dust pan to sweep up the floors. All in all, we loved this condo and would highly recommend!!

There were four ladies ranging from 20s to 40s and we all slept very poorly due to uncomfortable beds. They all need replaced or mattress toppers added. If you are going to stay here the balcony is where it’s at!
