It's some privat agent renting a room at Chateau Elysse. No communication or contact with the staff of the residence. Phone number shown in info do not exist or not picking up. I got completely ignored when I wrote my complains about hair everywhere and dirty towels. I booked it for 4 nights but stayed there only one night because I was tired from a long journey. Otherwise I would not stay there at all. Of course no refund.

I like just the room

I don't like some of the grad of the place they are not nice and the swimming pool are not allowed for the guests is only for the owner.
