The place is greatly located within the old city. the pool was great.

I absolutely love this hotel.. the rooms are spacious, equipped and lovely balconies. Cleaned every day. Really nice relaxed vibe to the place. Great little breakfast in the morning. The staff are so helpful, booked multiple things/taxis for us when asked. The location is brilliant, on one of the most beautiful streets in Chiang Mai (in my opinion) and great all round location for visiting Chiang Mai for the first time. Short walks to the night markets, bars, walking streets and restaurants. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

The pool was a little cold but still very clean and great to dip your legs in in the heat!

Room was directly next to personal/staff rooms and quite noisy starting from 6am.

I booked pool view room，but got street view room.

very clean, very friendly, beautiful room and really nice swimming pool. perfect location in the city.

quite loud singing somewhere outside…but that’s what you get when you are in the middle of the city

Lovely room, comfortable with all amenities, small mini bar is a lovely touch. Shower fab, air con good, balcony beautiful. They don't offer a breakfast option but there is a small complementarity selection of breads, jams coffee etc to make sure you don't go hungry in the morning and complimentary coffee , tea all day. Small selection of drinks and snacks to purchase at reasonable prices Staff are wonderful,  we arrived early and they sorted check in after a small wait with a coffee provided Good size swimming pool and outside area is a bonus. Lovely location, easy walk to night markets, lovely eating places within 5 minutes. My new  favourite in Chiang Mai will definitely stay on our next visit

Avoid room 5, lacks a bit of privacy and a bit loud given it's position next to the pool / sitting area

The location was great! the rooms have nice balconies and the property well kept. it was a little oasis in Chiang Mai’s Old City.

The included breakfast was very basic, some toast and croissants and instant coffee.
