Staff is very friendly. Don't expect a very fluent English, but you can always find a way to understand each other. I was amazed that when the boiler in my room was shot they managed to install a new one within half a day so I didn't have a shortage of hot water. Room is very spacious and clean and has everything you might need, including a fully equipped kitchen. There's a locked garage for your bicycle or a motorbike, and there are some basic tools in there so you can do simple maintenance or repairs to your bike should you need to. There is a bike wash too. There are washing machines which are free to use by the guests. The location is just about perfect, halfway between the sea promenade of Finale Ligure and the old town of Finalborgo. A large supermarket is just a couple of minutes away. I should say that this place is very close to perfect for a mountain biker who wants to spend a week or two in Finale. I would definitely consider Nina Casa Vacanze when I travel to Finale again.

The two downsides are a) an incredibly slow wi-fi (I got approx. 1 megabit per second on a speed test), and b) insufficient sound proofing between the rooms (I was unlucky to have a young couple with a very very loud toddler as my neighbours and my sleep suffered for a few nights).

Smart, modern decor. The host was very helpful and knowledgeable about the region. The flat is perfectly located, abut half way between Finale and Finalborgo. Quiet property, set off the road and next to a free public parking area.

Lovely apartment, good location for the beach and the Finalborgo.

I would suggest shampoo/ shower gel/ dishwasher cleaner and iron facilities in each apartment.
