The condo is centrally located to either front range, downtown, or just checking out all of Denver area has to offer. The grounds and pool are well kept with plenty of parking. King bed was comfy and two full baths were great to have.
The condo is located on bear creek bike trail that will take you to South Platt bike trail as well as 470 bike trail. We were lucky enough to stay for a year and enjoyed the following:
* Red Rocks concerts and hiking within mins, stop in at the Cow for fabulous breakfast
* Breweries are close by
* Golden and Boulder are very close, and Colorado Springs is just a couple hours away for a nice day trip.
* 25 mins to Evergreen for hiking or walking around the lake
* Mount Falconry area has tons of hiking, our favorite was Sunrise hike in Christmas morning.
* Golfing within 5 mins and both restaurants at Fox Hollow and Homestead are great.
* 49ner restaurant was good.
All in all a great place at a reasonable price.

The apt/condo was in a very nice complex. It was quiet and peaceful. There were beautiful areas to walk in, both in the complex and surrounding neighborhoods. Lakewood has all types of stores and restaurants nearby. The apt/condo was quite comfortable including the beds. We were pleased with our stay.

We spent a month at this property and would do it again. Very comfortable bed in the master(didn’t try the other beds). Good kitchen with plenty of dishes and cookware. Lots of space.

We appreciated very much the use of this condo. The ambiance, size and layout of the condo was very nice. The kitchen was large enough for the two of us to work at the same time. We enjoyed walking in the Weaver Creek Preserve and being able to access it easily from the condo. We found the neighbors to be very friendly.

Quiet, cozy & great location
Very quiet and comfortable 3/2. Owner really responsive. Good spot for cyclists to ride directly into Bear Creek Lake Park. Easy access to 285 and C-470. Lovely spot!

Spacious and quiet rental
We spent 5 months at Drew’s condo, we have two daughters who are 8 and 11 and needed a place big enough for 4. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a rare find in the short term rental world. It had everything we needed for an extended stay. It was very quiet (the condo backs up to the preserve), people who lived around us were nice and welcoming. We loved how close we were to the mountains and the lake, we were able to store our bikes in the little shed attached to the back patio area. We could ride our bikes directly from the condo to the open space. We were close to everything while being in a very quiet area which worked perfectly for us. We had two parking spots, one covered and one uncovered and a pool right across the parking lot. The kids loved to swim there while the large covered area provided a great space to hang out. Drew and Christina have been very responsive and accommodating and fixed any issue quickly. they have been wonderful hosts!
