the reception stayed open for me after my flight got delayed by 1hour

the toilet smelled like cigarettes

breakfast below average. too expensive. reception was rude when our cards were not working every single night and we had to wait for them to re program them to be able to use the elevator and we asked them what is the reason for this

The design of the rooms is lovely I liked the shower system inside a room

The room was okay, quite big and clean.

The area is really trashy, the breakfast is free but impossible to eat, really bad, the time to checkin/checkout is weird 16pm and 10am, the room lacks od sockets and it was next to the street. the price is really high for such poor experience. I will not go back there.

Everything is as it should: Rooms are clean and comfortable enough, and the location is perfect if you need to commute from the train station. I booked last minute ate prices were still good

1. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet flash was not working so that was nasty. 2. The room smelled a fresh urine, honestly all night we could smell a strong odor of urine in the room. The bedsheets and everything seemed to be clean tho. 3. You have to pay 10 euros to park your car, even thought the price of the room is kind of high and they could have offered the parking especially when the parking garage was completely empty. 4.You have to check out at 10am, or you will pay 10euros for every extra hour that you stay at the room. We wanted to check out at noon and at 10:10 we have received a call from the reception telling me that if we want to stay in the room for 2 extra hours we have to come down right now and pay in the reception and that we cannot pay at the check out. They basically thought that we will run. 5. Breakfast was allover okay but we have found a Chocolate muse that has his validation until 04.03.2023, event tho it was already 05.03.2023 (we have the pictures)

The room is clean and well organized. The breakfast is good.

Very good value for an ensuite room and basic buffet breakfast close to Marseille St Charles station. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable.

Unfortunately my room smelled of old cigarette smoke and it was also too cold / not enough warm bedding.

A great location in walking distance (15 min) to the Vieux Port. If you travel by car you might be aware that parking in Marseille can be a tad risky (burglaries are common), and even public car parks are not safe. So key is a hotel with its own parking, which you find here. Breakfast is buffet style, and quite good.

5mins walk from central station. They have Japanese toilet which helps alot. You dont have to use traditional paper style like in Europe. Bed is soft and good soundproof. Breakfast was normal.

Staff didnt speak English that well but it's normal in France

We were smoothly checked-in after 22, but we wrote to the hotel in advance with a warning. The hotel has a wonderful complimentary breakfast. Yoghurts, cereals, coffee, croissants, cheeses and sausages are all buffet style so you can take as much as you want.

There were a lot of people at breakfast towards the end, so I advise you to get up early and come to the beginning. The window in our room did not open, so there were problems with drying clothes. The hotel is located near the train station, so there are a lot of migrants in the area

Arrived in the evening .easy to get to from train station. Staff were fine but not strong in English. Room was comfortable and clean, great for a short stay. Breakfast was a bonus-A continental breakfast consisting of cereals, yoghurt, croissants, meats, cheese juices, tea and coffee.

A better grasp of English would help .

Central location, close to the train station. Nice basic room incl. breakfast - good value for the money paid.

The bathroom reminds one of a boat cabin.
