Very good. Nice little pancake maker. Overall nice selection.
Had an iron someone had scorched something with, and it caused me to damage one of my nicer blouses.

Clean, very modern decor. Flyt restaurant was delicious.
We didn't know there was a parking charge when we booked. The hotel offsets with coupon options.

Small rooms, but the space is well utilized. Very clean. Comfy beds.
Additional fee for parking. Breakfast not included

Breakfast selection could’ve been better seem to run out of items
Having to pay an extra $50 for my dog that was not on the website when I booked

Breakfast was good.
No parking. They are doing construction and the construction workers too up numerous double spaces with their equipment . The underground parking was about 20 spots and difficult to access. The back lot was pitch black and we were afraid our car was going to get broken into or towed.

I liked that there was no carpet. The bathroom shower was great.
Better pillows.

Everyone was very friendly
You shouldn’t have to pay for parking if you are staying at the hotel

It was ok.
I thought it got over too soon if you want bfast you have to get up by 8am at the latest. Not condusive to going out for a fun night & then sleeping in the next morning!

The restaurants were fantastic along with the casino, did not have to go out if you didn't want to, but hey your in Deadwood.

Scrambled eggs and sausage, pancakes, orange juice. Liked the cereal, bagels and english muffins.
Coffee was too hot, full of coffee grounds. The team hard a hard time keeping up with refilling the orange juice coffee and pancake mix. Bagel toaster confused the old people and really held up the line. would have been nice to have a sweet roll or doughnut. Also, no greek yogurt. only fruit was an apple.
The rooms were small and not enough room to put suitcases off the floor. Also really missed having coffee pot for hot tea in the room. missed an end table on the out sides of the beds.

Good. Good selection
The bathroom wasn't very clean. The floor was dirty, we wiped brown dirt off the floor with a wet towel.

Room decor is fresh! Bathrooms are clean and modern! Beds are very comfortable! Location is within walking distance of entertainment/shopping/history and the view is spectacular! Good atmosphere! Love the relaxing outdoor fire area!
Not happy to discover there was a daily parking fee that was not disclosed until the end of check in! AND we had a UTV from 9pm until 8am ONE night that we were charged parking for as well! Also, when we arrived back to the hotel on Friday night there was not a space immediately available!
Staff was helpful but could’ve been friendlier- they don’t seem happy!

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I needed to adjust my stay, so she told me how to do that via Booking.com and it was handled promptly and quickly.
I was disappointed that I had to pay a separate parking fee; I felt the room rates were high enough to include that. And It was a little confusing when I drove up as to how to get into the hotel.

Amazing staff with great customer service and knowledge of the area also great location . Able to accommodate any requests with prompt service and courteous. Would definitely stay here again .
Having to pay $15 per night per vehicle to park at the hotel , this should be included in total expense of hotel stay.

The location of the property is nice and the staff were all very nice. The flyt and pizza place were very good.
They had feather pillows on the bed, and I think no matter if you have a vehicle or not, you should still get hotel coupons as you are still paying to stay on the property!!

Great place to take pets. Was very convenient to take them across the lit crosswalk, across the bridge to a safe grassy potty spot.
Can’t think of anything

- Spacious and comfy room
- Breakfast included
- Location: walking distance to Deadwood historic old town; within Casino/ restaurant complex (however no noise from downstairs), hence very convenient if you wanted to gamble/ eat out
- Main area (around reception; comfy chairs) and outside balcony with fireplace and nice mountain view
- One of the two rooms unfortunately was opposite of the ice machine, hence it was quite noisy during night (people getting ice cubes)
- On top parking fee
- Check-in wasn't very smooth (probably cause the staff member was quite new and just moved to the US)

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. When they learned we were unhappy they wanted to do something to make our stay better. There just wasn't anything to be done about a cruddy room.
Breakfast was alright. Hotel eggs and hotel sausage. The usual breakfast fare at one of the places.
Without exaggerating it was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. It was a horrible mattress and the bed creaked when we rolled over. Nothing messes up a long weekend like being in pain and exhausted from a horrible night's sleep. If we hadn't prepaid we would have checked out and gone somewhere else.
I'm not a neat freak but the bathroom needed a good once over. All the corners were caked with grime and the baseboards needed to be cleaned. Maybe it was the color palette in the rest of the room but it definitely did not make you think clean and crisp. It looked kind of grimey.
Our room was above the 24 hour access porch. That's a nice amenity until the people making use of it are talking until 11:30 at night. I could have transcribed their conversations.
They share their pool with another hotel at Cadillac Jack's so if you want to use it you'd have to walk all the way through the casino in your swimsuits. Not classy.
The food at Cadillac Jack's was terrible except for the pizza place.
While the staff was great the automated text checking how your room was and trying to solve our issue felt cold and impersonal. I stopped responding after a while because they never offered a solution. They just kept asking what they could do.

Microwave in room would have been nice , and or coffee maker

Didn’t have breakfast
The supper, Super Bowl was on and staff more interested in game than customers!
