The apartament is very comfortable and the biggest advantage for us was easy access for the person who does not walk well. The big advantage is also the two toilets! The balcony is also very handy but unfortunately there were some works going on outside making a bit of a noice.
The apartament is very close to the sea!
The beds are not very comfortable but they are ok. There was a lack of glasses, only two for all of us and only two wine glasses. Also there was no light bulb in the one of the bedrooms. But they were miner things we could live with and did not see the reason to contact the owner about them, probably should...

Location is amazing (just 3 minutes walk from the sea) , the place itself is very quiet (but be aware of the construction works they are starting in front of the place), close to public transports.
Some of the equipment requires renewal/repair.
