Equipado con lo necesario para tener una estadía confortable, desde un proyector de películas hasta una oficina para 2 personas con WIFI de alta velocidad. Disfruta de nuestro mural Elliot Tupac (reconocido artista urbano de Perú). Encuentra algunos de los mejores restaurantes del mundo a corta distancia (caminando).

El departamento está ubicado en Miraflores, un distrito que equilibra tradición y modernidad; en él podrás encontrar museos, gastronomía, naturaleza, mar y otros detalles que lo convierten en uno de los lugares más atractivos de Perú. El malecón Cisneros (uno de lo más lindos de Sudamérica) se encuentra a 3 cuadras de nuestro departamento. Larcomar (centro gastronómico y de moda) se encuentra a 15 minutos (caminando).

Delightful modern apartment located in an excellent building close to the cliffs in Miraflores. Very comfortable with excellent amenities. Building has a doorman so is very safe. The owner provides access to a housekeeper who came in every day to make breakfast, and clean 3 times a week. Small balcony overlooking the street and park provides a great place to sit first thing in the morning or evening. Really great experience and a perfect apartment for exploring Lima!

Beautiful Apartment in Miraflores
Delightful modern apartment located in an excellent building close to the cliffs in Miraflores. Very comfortable with excellent amenities. Building has a doorman so is very safe. The owner provides access to a housekeeper who came in every day to make breakfast, and clean 3 times a week. Small balcony overlooking the street and park provides a great place to sit first thing in the morning or evening. Really great experience and a perfect apartment for exploring Lima!

Our stay in Miraflores came after a 4 day hiking trek to Machu Pichu. We appreciated the pampering after days spent in a tent. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated. Kesley met us at the apartment to show us around and give us instructions. Our spanish is very limited, but she was able to help us with the use of a translator on her phone. She came every morning to make our breakfast, clean the dishes, and take away the trash. We had a problem with the water heater not working on our first night, and she came right over to address the problem. Andres was also easily available with the Whatsapp on our phone. They both were very attentive at getting the heater fixed the next day. We had a 10:00 pm flight on our last day, and Andres was kind enough to let us remain in the apartment until 6:00 pm. Thank you again Andres! The full size washer and dryer in the unit were much appreciated.
Parks, restaurants, and groceries are all within easy walking distance and the neighborhood is clean and safe. The building looks new and a 24 hour doorman is at the entry. Would not give one hesitation at recommending this property.
