Very noise downstairs in cafe it specially when breakfast morning time,under balcony,restaurant should be little away from balcony properties...

The location of the hotel is very well and near to the beach and all the restaurant, bus station and supermarket. The communication with the director of the hotel via Booking was great. He booked us a taxi and communicated quickly.

I know that for the price I paid we couldn't expect a fabulous luxury hotel with 5 stars. The reception itself is not a reception at all - this is one small room that you can't find when you come there. The most important thing for me is cleanness and hygiene. The hotel Severina has 3 stars - that means, like in every holiday apartment the room should be cleand at least once in 3 days! What I can't understand is that we stayed there for more than week, and during this week, our bed linen wasn't changed, even if I kindly asked the receptionst to do that! The trash wasn't thrown away for a few days, so we should have throw it away ourselves! Who ever saw it that the guests throw their trash away in the hotel by themselves??? And everytime, I should have asked the receptionist to clean our room, not the this service was offered by the hotel itself! Regarding the beds special note - spring that digs into your back really sucks, I don't even know how we could have slept on something like this from the last century. One more note about the staff's hospitality - I guess they don't know this word at all, because for all the time we spent there and every question we asked it looked like they aren't interested at all. Poker faces, no smile, no active reaction, explanation etc. You should ask everything by yourself. Yes, they gave us much food when we asked (must say that we rather chose restaurants nearby, because the food was too fatty for us), but once we gave 40 levs for food (the food costed only 30 levs), I asked two times to return 10 levs and noone did it.

Nice location, very well placed. There is a lot of space in the rooms Place is quiet Nice for families with children.

The appartments and building is really old. I have no explanations on how the property is rated as 'fabolous', probably these people dont bother on the look and age of the building. Kitchen is almost not equipped at all, no way to make eggs or pancakes.. No cleaning service (we were 3 nights only though) and no equipment to clean yourself.. However, the staff is great and very friendly even though some of them dont speak in English. Good location, but you have a feeling within the surrounding of the property like you are at some city, not by the seaside. Close to the beach though.
