The property is in a quieter area full of families and locals as opposed as tourists. It is well situated for walking to major part of the city. 5 minutes away there is a metro station. The only thing is it can sometimes be a bit noisy but there is a rear bedroom to retreat to. Loli is an excellent hostess and really cares about her visitors. We had one mishap on a Sunday. Not knowing how the door security worked we managed to lock ourselves out. However, Loli came to the rescue and was very responsive in arranging for us to be let back in. Her local contact, Roberto was very helpful. Loli also kept in touch during the week. In all, we had a great week. Sylvie & Ray

L’appartement est éclairée et silencieuse sauf pour les matins de ramassage des déchets. Une belle bibliothèque de livres et DVD est disponible. L’appartement est à 7 minutes à pied de la place Espanya qui est l,entrée du quartier de la vielle ville : elle est à 5 minutes de la gare Joaquin Sorolla et 15 de la gare du Nord. On peut visiter à pied ou prendre une des deux stations de metro près.. Seule bémol: la photo du carrefour fleuri dans l’annonce n’est pas une photo de l’environnement de l’appartement. Dans l’ensemble :très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Appartement bien situé dans un quartier populaire animé, tous commerces à proximité. Accès très facile au centre ville. Accueil impeccable. Un sans faute dans cette ville tellement séduisante !

Très bel appartement propre et très bien équipé, proche du centre de la vieille ville de Valence, du métro et des commerces. Accueil très sympathique. Valence est une ville super agréable et très animée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Het apartement was heel ruim en gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Alles wat je nodig hebt in de vakantie was aanwezig. De bedden waren uitstekend . De huiskamer en keuken gezellig. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Valencia. Ook de binnenstad was makkelijk te bereiken. Elba, de gastvrouw was zeer hartelijk , ze spreekt wel alleen Spaans.

The apartment was very pretty and neat. The location was convenient to markets and transportation. The price was quite fair. We highly recommend it.

A lovely apartment on a busy crossroads with a number 9 bus into central Valencia very close and a tabac (where you can buy bus tickets) next door. El Pederniz restaurant is recommended for eating out. Tourist Information is a short walk away at Joaquin Sorolla train station where staff were helpful. Our only problem: we speak no Spanish and Elba, who greeted us on our arrival, speaks no English so Google Translate was the only means of communication.

Muy buen trato, tanto con la casera como con las que llevan el apartamento. Buena zona, y el piso tiene absolutamente todo lo que se puede necesitar, además de ser bonito, cómodo, amplio y luminoso.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine à Valence fin avril.L'appartement reste proche du centre historique (10 minutes à pied) et de nombreuses commodités, à 10 minutes de la plage en voiture . Spacieux , bien entretenu et très bien équipé, de plus une excellente literie.Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour, Loli la propriétaire a répondu à toutes nos questions avant le sejour et remercions également Elba qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement.

We wanted an apartment near the train stations and this apartment is in easy walking distance of the stations and is also close to several shops, a supermarket, and restaurants. For convenience, it was great! At night it was a bit noisy with a recycle bin right below our window and bottles being dropped in it at all hours. Morning traffic was also a bit noisy. The interior bedroom was very quiet since it did not look over the street. Since we were midway into our 10-day trip, we used the clothes washer and dried our clothes on the drying rack which we set up in the kitchen. The wi-fi worked well and the apartment was comfortable for hanging out, eating, playing cards, etc. in the evenings. The owner/manager supplied us with fresh oranges when we arrived which we enjoyed very much. All things considered, we found it to be a good value and a convenient location.

A very cozy, stylish and comfortable apartment rather close to the historical center of Valencia. It is spacious, has very well equipped big kitchen and 3 comfortable bedrooms. Moreover, the host of this perfect apartment is very helpful and nice. I will definitely be back there.

We had a great stay here. The apartment has everything you could need, and it is spacious, light, and clean. Nice outlook onto a tree-lined street. There are three bedrooms, all equipped. Plenty of storage. Loli and Elba were very understanding of a disruption to our plans, and went out of their way to accomodate our change of schedule. We liked the neighbourhood. Good supermarket, Mercadona, just a few steps away, interesting small shops, and lots of eating places. The bar below the apartment was pleasant, a nice place to hang out, and there was absolutely no noise at night from it. An easy walk into the old part of town. Highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Living room has plenty of entertainment options if you're going to be in. Downstairs there's a nice little cafe/bar that's open until late so you can always get a snack or drink. Supermarket very close as well, and lots of fruit shops. Location is a little bit outside of the main central area but only by about 10 minutes on foot, or bus if you prefer. We ended up eating out locally as there's lots to choose from round about the apartment but you can walk/bus further afield easily enough. Jesus is the best Metro stop and you can get 10 journeys for 7~8 Euro. This was fine for us for the whole week. Only downside was the noise from the traffic outside the apartment (and neighbors dog nearby) - it was very hot so had the windows open all the time and it could get quite noisy during the day/evening/early morning. Air-con is there but we kept it to a minimum - excessive electricity usage will be extra so we didn't use it too much, but i'm told you get enough allowance to be comfortable - just don't use it 24/7. Overall very good apartment, if a bit noisy, but its a city center so that's to be expected.

The apartment is very well equipped, cosy and comfortable yet stylish. Beds are comfortable, kitchen and bathroom lovely. It is 15-20 minutes walk from centre, and quiet at night , in a pleasant neighbourhood. Bakery and supermarket on the doorstep so easy to get breakfast and any other shopping you need. Elba who was there to welcome us was very friendly, managed to understand each other without much Spanish. The apartment was ideal for us, plenty of room in three double bedrooms, and location good if you don't want to be right in the centre of town.

Nous avons séjourné en famille près de trois mois dans cet appartement au début de 2018. L'appartement était idéal pour nous. Il est de bonne taille (trois chambres à coucher, un grand salon et une grande cuisine). La cuisine a été rénovée et contient tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. L'appartement est aussi charmant avec planchers de tuiles, plafonds hauts et grandes fenêtres. Il est aussi bien situé, à 15-20 minutes de marche du centre historique et du quartier de Ruzafa, tout en étant dans un quartier plus tranquille et fort convivial (parc, cafés et restos sympas, boulangerie, fruiterie, supermarché sont tous à portée de main). La communication avec Loli (la propriétaire) était très bonne (réponse rapide et attentionnée).

The apartment was perfect for us. It was beautifully clean, very homey and kitted out with everything we needed. It had plenty of storage and comfortable beds. We travelled with our 3 children and felt very safe there. The locals were all very friendly. Roberto met us at the apartment and he was lovely and helpful. Valencia itself is a beautiful city. It was small enough that we could walk almost everywhere. The beach was an easy journey using metro & tram. The beach was quiet and very clean. Also the journey too and from the airport was easy on the metro with the nearest metro station to the apartment only being a short walk away. We would definitely look at coming back and staying in Loli’s apartment again. We went for our daughters16th birthday and Loli even arranged for a beautiful cake to be there for our arrival which was very much appreciated. Thank you Loli.

Loved the place! Outfitted with everything you need for staying in a flat, fully outfitted kitchen, clean and maintained with great pride by the owner. Large grocery store literally 3 min away made our stay even more enjoyable. Would recommend using Metro stop 'Jésus' as most convenient (6 min walk) walk from 'Plaça Espania was further and less convenient. Watch your Elec use as the owner gives a certain amount with the period of stay. He showed the meter before and after so no tricks, it's only about 10c/kilowatt so either way you'll be fine just turn everything g off while you're out. Would stay here again!

We stayed in Loli’s apartment for 6 weeks. Everything is as depicted in home away. Loli is always there by phone to answer any questions. The check-in and check-out procedure is very well done which gave us a feeling of trust. We are brought downstairs to verify the electricity meter at the start and the end of our stay which ensures that the numbers are accurate. Our first night, we encountered a problem with the electricity when our North American adaptor jumped the circuit breakers and we couldn’t communicate because of language issues, Elba and Roberto called her and she immediately called us back. The problem was quickly resolved by resetting the circuit breaker (it is located behind the coat rack inside the apartment door – we had not noticed it before). Elba does a great job cleaning, the apartment was spotless, but if you don’t speak Spanish it’s a bit hard to communicate. The apartment is within walking distant of most places in Valencia plus the metro and train station are within a 5 to 10 minute walk. We found a great take out place where the food is as delicious as most restaurants anywhere in Valencia , ‘’ Ali Oli ‘’ on calle Pintor Benedicto (look for the orange sign). It is on the corner of Plaza Espayna. The prices are very reasonable and the food delicious. As you leave the apartment, turn right and you will find a bakery just around the corner. If you turn left instead, you will find the Mercadona grocery store within 50 meters and a bit further down the street, Consum, another grocery store so everything is close at hand. I would recommend this apartment anytime but if you are not used to city life or are a light sleeper ask for the inside room. We found the people of Valencia to be very friendly, polite and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay there again if we were to go to Valencia in the future.
