Excelente!! me permitieron hacer el check in antes porque llegué de madrugada. Tienen el servicio de late check out. Volveré a hospedarme aquí definitivamente

Bel emplacement à 2 pas de la place principale. Chambre propre et confortable. Personnel sympathique. Très bien pour un séjour d'une nuit pour visiter Huancayo.

バスの遅れによりついたのが夜11時頃になってしまったので、レセプションの人は寝ておりあまり何も説明がなかった。レセプションの前にマテ茶があったのは教えてほしかった。二人で泊まったのにバスタオル一枚しか無く、3泊したが、二日目に出かけている間に掃除をしてほしかったが、夕方掃除に来たので、結局一度も掃除はしてもらえなかった。

La habitación muy pequeña, para entrar en el baño la puerta topaba con el lavabo había que entrar de lado

Rooms were super clean and everything looks just like in the pictures. Room were also warm and cozy!

great location to the centre of town. the bathroom was very modern and clean
Noisy at night due to ether staff or other residents.
the shower door is too big to get in an out. the water leaks out of the shower onto the floor.

Pretty reasonable for the price. Massive TV (too big?). Clean.
Not too much noise from the road, which is pretty good for Peru.
The room was tiny. Listed as a double but should really be a single. I wouldn't want to have to share this room (luckily I was alone)
The shower didn't drain properly and flooded into the bedroom
The curtains were bad and let lots of light in at 6am
The door was thin and you could hear everything from the hallway, including the TV of the receptionist

A simple room with all the basics, and a great view (5th floor) and a great location just a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas (Main Square) The staff was amazing - attentive and went beyond the call of duty when I came down with covid and had to self-isolate in my room: they ordered all my meals for me so that I could stay in the room.
