I couldn’t get in. Any of the buzzers I pressed said they didn’t speak English & I was unable to contact anyone so I went to another hotel.

Good location
The entrance door was not working properly. Had to use a tool to open the door from inside! Asked the owner to fix it and he said this is the union’s responsibility!!!
The couch-bed was not very comfortable.
No hand soap was available. There were no major problems to be fair, but the landlord did not pay much attention to the details and the proper maintenance of the place. This could be observed in the lose toilet seat, couch cover that covered half of the couch, low quality pillow, no lights in the staircase, etc. But one could tolerate all this if one plans to stay for a couple of days only. Finally, judging by the notice in the kitchen which stated that the visitors must wash the dishes and throw out the garbage upon checkout or else will be charged a fee, I think this property is better suited to be listed in Airbnb than Booking.

Appartement très bien situé, près de la gare Saint-Roc, à à peine 5 minutes à pied de la place de la Comédie et de nombreux commerces et restaurants.

Die Lage ist perfekt zum Bahnhof Saint Roch.
Es gab leider kein warmes Wasser, vermutlich war der Boiler defekt?! Die Wohnung war gerade so erträglich für eine Zwischenübernachtung, sie ist halt sehr nah am Bahnhof. Der Kühlschrank total vereist. War nicht so doll.

Bright, well equipped, clean. :) I liked the little life in the house, the neighbor's cat, and that I could drink delicious coffee in the morning in the window :) The owner is helpful and kind :)

It was close to the center of the City, the place itself is rather small but well enough for a single or a cuople. The soufa has to be manipulated to transform it in a bed, but prove to be large enugh and confortable.
The neibhorhood is a bit noysi at times because there are some bars near the place.

the location was great! simple check in process.
the room smelled moldy and the bedding looked moldy. the entire property looked like an unlicensed person completed the job. some of the doors didn’t have actual door handles, the walls were painted very poorly. the bathroom didn’t have a working light. definitely looked like a home project that I’m not sure if it’s safe to have people be in.

It is very close to the train station.
The place was dirty.
Bathroom smelled moldy and really needed maintenance. Only one of the windows had curtains and they were nearly falling down.
Sofa bed was dirty and not very inviting.
No bed lamp.
A lot of cleaning gear and strange things like fragments of broken plastic stuff in drawers and shelves.

Location is close to the train station. And that’s it.
Terrible experience!
- Host was not friendly and instructions for self-checkin were as complicated as possible. The host gave 3 different codes for the key box, but only one was correct, keys and door locks are badly maintained and simply opening a door can be a hassle.
- Unit doesn’t have a bed, only a sofa and the ad was misleading.
- Air conditioning not working!
- Toilet is small and close to the wall (not suitable for tall people).
- Someone in the second unit of the host was smoking and the smell took over the shared hall and the unit.

The flat is well located right next to the train station. But still quiet in a silent street. Parking is available in the nearby Parking lot at the train station. Make sure to park in the longterm parking section, upper floors. Otherwise you overpay.
The place was not very clean, also a bit rundown, could need some refurbishment at some stage. It seems a bit that maximise short time profit is the main purpose, instead of a sustainable long term business. The main issue is the key management. The keys / locks don't really work well.... and it took us a long time to get in. The explanation video sent by the host was out of date and did not match the updated process (new key box). It can be pretty stressful when you arrive late at night and you can't enter the building. Especially when you travel with kids...

The Lo action is good
The sofa bed had bed bugs and I was bitten all over. When we arrived rieles were missing, bedding was missing. The host also too a long time to respond to the request for the keys after repeated attempts and we managed to check in 30mins after our agreed time. The bathroom light didn’t work and the host did nothing about it when we mentioned it and the wifi was also not working

Loved the look of the place. Nicely decorated. In a great location near the train station and shopping. Good walk to the arch.
Check in process needs to be improved. Owner waited until I was outside the front door to provide check in instructions and and send videos of the process. Should label the keys for entry and provide clear explanation as to which apartment you're going into. I slept on the couch. It wasn't clear if it opened into a bed. Bathroom is small. Shower even smaller(maybe 32in. by 32in.). Studio is cool but upon closer inspection, the space requires some minor repairs and touch ups.

Wonderful stay. The manager of the apartment is very friendly and always willing to help! The bed/couch is small yet very very comfortable. It is also a wonderful location.

Best location, big and nice room newly renovated (apart from curtain, toilet, and shower), nice stove top, big fridge, great tv. Warm and cosy. Very friendly owner.
No bed but unconfortable couch , no pantry, no coat hunger or towel dryer, no curtain on 1 window and the other windows curtain is falling apart, very little cooking utensiles, no support for shower head, noisy fridge, no washing machine, messy draws, tv have very bad reception and is not connected to the freebox. A little care would make this place 5 stars

Conveniently located very close to the Gare Saint-Roch. Expresso machine available. Contact person responsive to our questions. Easy self check-in.
Overall the white walls of the appartement were very dirty, the sofa bed was not comfortable and was covered with stains. Water leaked outside of the shower area even with the door closed. No space available to hang clothes, coats or even the towels. A lot of noise coming from the neighbors next door.

The place is clean, it is a great location, and the owner is super friendly.
I wish it had a regular bed, and the shower is somewhat cramped, but all in all not bad
