If you plan to visit Florence on foot, you cannot beat this location. Very central and only a few minutes walk to the central market where you can enjoy a great breakfast or lunch. The train station is also very close. Many good restaurants are within walking distance (make reservations). The appartement was spacious, clean and well equipped. Communications with the host was great and they are quick to respond to any questions. They went out of there way to return an item we had forgotten at the appartement. Could not have asked for a better experience and better hosts. Highly recommend. Thanks again.

Sofia was an amazing host! The apartment was so warm and inviting and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was perfect and close to many sightseeing opportunities, restaurants and pubs. I have to comment that more importantly, what Sofia did as a host, showed me how kind and caring she was as a person. I unfortunately broke my ankle a few days before arriving to her VRBO. She arranged for a an Orthopedic doctor to make a house call to me!! This was a friend of hers and she said he would come see me! Sofia met the doctor at our VRBO with me so to insure the communication was good. Any host that would go to that effort for one of her guests is a great host in my book. If I ever find myself back in Florence, I'll be sure to book this one again! I can not say enough kind words about my experience with Sofia and with her lovely apartment! Highly recommend!

Very nice and spacious and nice apartment! Excellent location and helpful at check in if we wanted suggestions for food and site seeing.

Great value for the price. The location is walkable to most tourist sites and close to the train station. The apartment was very clean and the location quiet. The only negatives would be the air conditioning could not be adjusted and the apartment was quite warm until later in the evening when it was cool enough to open windows. Also it would be nice to have the trash removal part of the cleaning fee. It was awkward carrying the trash and our luggage while walking to the train station. Only a minor inconvenience. Overall a very good place to stay. Thanks Sofia for sharing it with us.

We stayed 2 weeks in this lovely apartment while visiting Florence and other parts of Italy. It's in a perfect location, close to the S.M. Novella train station , San Lorenzo market, restaurants and the major sights of Florence. After a busy day, or days, of "touristing" it was nice to come back and relax here. Sofia and Mascia are very accommodating! Thank you Sofia for hosting us. We will certainly stay again the next time we visit Florence.

The property itself is very roomy and clean. Sofia was a terrific host, and very accommodating. Could not have asked for more.

This flat is in a perfect location a few minutes from the train and bus station and on a pedestrianized street. It is very quiet, comfortable and well equipped. We walked everywhere easily but it is a little outside the main tourist area so we were not bothered by hoards of other tourists! The flat is on the 3rd or 4th floor so quite a few stairs to keep you fit. Sofia met us at the flat and was very friendly and helpful. If anything the images and description of the flat do not quite do it justice. It was perfect - nicely furnished and very clean. There are restaurants very close by. The best one was Lobs on the same street. Thank you Sofia. We hope to stay there again some day.
