A very cute place with a big garden, it was super clean. The host is friendly and made a really nice little breakfast for us, with all local products.

Conveniently located near the train station. Owner Lars was very nice and always ready to help. Though we booked two rooms, with one having private bathroom, the common areas like drawing room, dining room and the shared bathroom almost felt private with no interference from anyone else. Breakfast was nice, elaborate and plenty.
In the evening the house, especially the bigger room and common areas felt little more colder than we would have liked those to be. The property features a nice garden, but it can possibly be little better maintained...may be it'll look nicer in summer? However, these were no big issues and did not impact the value of the property in a big way.

Very nice and communicative owner, super clean facilities, very nice breakfast and very comfortable beds. On top of it, the building is beautiful and the garden outside - just stunning. If the weather was nicer, we would definitely eat breakfast in the garden. While the building is next to the train station, the trains were passing by very rarely and we were not bothered by them at all.
We would appreciate a bit larger portion of cheese and ham for breakfast :)

We stayed in the apartment and we all agreed it was among the best beds we have ever slept in! Great breakfast too including fresh bread from the local bakery, home made marmelades and meat and veggies from local farms! Friendly owner.

This is an excellent facility, clean and tidy and very nice staff. We stayed in two very nice rooms with a shared bath. The kitchen area and dining room is shared with a
third room that has its own bathroom. It’s very spacious and the garden looks like a nice place in the summer (we stayed here over a January weekend). Also, the home made tomato jam is fantastic!

Close to different locations at Österlen. Supermarket Ica walk distance. Great facilities and rooms. Great breakfast served everyday with local food.

The house is verry clean and fresh, beautiful garden. Verry close to Simrishamn by car or the train that stops just outside.
