The location was perfect and the beds were ok. Bed linen was clean.

The house is full of cucarachas (cockroaches). At night they came crawling out of every corner. We had an ant trail in the kitchen. We contacted the owner. The owner said that the problem with cockroaches was everywhere in Alcudia. But our experience shows that many accommodations have this under control. She then unwillingly bought the cockroach traps. Which didn't help much in the end, so we had to leave the house earlier. However, we got the remaining amount refunded without any problems. The equipment of the house is not quite as expected. For example, there was not even a tea bag, coffee pad, sugar or salt. There were also too few bath towels per person. One hotplate did not work. There were no board games, but they were brought by the owner on request. We also did not find a barbecue, for example. Bathroom equipment was rusty and partly defective. Radiator was also rusty and shower stall had a lot of limescale. If you want to cook and turn on the air conditioner at the same time then the fuses blow out. Ah yes, you have to pay extra for electricity as well. In general, the house was not well cleaned. For example, a lot of hair on the floor, toothbrush cup still had remnants of toothpaste.

The place of the location is very fine and silent, the house is well maintained, the owner very friendly.

WiFi was very slow, I could not rely on it.

Fabulous location, right in the heart of the old Alcudia town. Quiet old streets with heritage houses. Close to restaurants and quaint little craft shops. The house is very comfortable with all facilities needed. Tastefully furnished.

We would have loved to stay longer!
